Excellent car rental company. The service is excellent, the person speaks English. The explanations were clear, as was the 'insurance included' contract (since Canada or US personal insurance doesn't work in Mexico). The vehicles are in excellent condition and well maintained. During our rental, we experienced a car incident on our side, and the company was very supportive and efficient in helping us resolve it, including finding us another vehicle and making the replacement. That's a plus. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to stay in Guadalajara.
