Me with my friends rented a 7 seater from TIA, the process was the easiest i could find in whole Albania. I have received support every time i needed through phone call. They were very clear about the contract and what included and what is not. I highly recommend choosing TIA if you want hustle free car rental. Great staff and service.

After researching eight different car hire companies, I chose Tia because they offered the most cost-effective option by far, with prices that didn't even come close to the others. I've never reviewed a car hire company before, but I was genuinely blown away by my experience with them. The only downside was that they don't operate a full-to-full fuel policy. Arriving late at night after a delayed flight, never having been to Albania, and needing to drive for a few hours made it a bit stressful knowing I'd have to stop for fuel, as I wouldn't have made it to my destination otherwise. That said, the company sent fantastic directions via WhatsApp, which was the best thing they did - it made finding the place so easy. I will absolutely use them again on my next trip to Albania. Thanks for making the experience seamless and mostly stress-free!
TIA rental is the best rental car in Albania. We travelled the country from Sept 26 to Oct 3,2024. The staffs can speak english well and very accommodating with hassle free process. No need deposit, bank, debit etc..it is direct to the point. You will just go straight to their office and get the car. The car they gave was absolutely fantastic and worry free. I rate them 10 out of 10.
I honestly do not recommend this company. They do not provide the service they promise. The car I received was in poor condition and dirty, even though they ask you to return it clean. Additionally, the car was missing a windshield, and when I pointed this out to one of the staff members, he simply refused to do anything and excused it by saying that it doesn't rain in Albania (but it did rain), so it was necessary. The gearbox was faulty, and considering the mountain roads, it's crucial for everything to work properly. The staff was not helpful when we needed to improve the rental conditions. In conclusion, I do not recommend this company at all.
Me and my partner rented the car for 7 days, for which we paid a reasonable price. We were given a Ford Tipo which worked pretty well throughout all roads, even the most hilly roads. The office next to the airport and we were able to pay with card (difficult in Albania). No deposit was requested, which was a great relief for us. Very professional, we would repeat!
I was worried at first because of bad experiences people often have with car rental agencies, but this one was truly professional. Everything went well, and the super protective insurance was exactly as advertised. No scams here. I would definitely recommend them.
