We decided to rent a car at the very last minute during our stay. By quick search, this place online system was quite easy to use and managed to book in a short time. The car conditions were really good and just 12 Euros for the additional insurance was a nice option to feel easy during the trip. On top of that, the staff at the desk was polite and kind. One of the best experiences for renting a car on a trip!

Thought I booked a automatic car, but turn outs is a manual car. Staff is nice, try arranging an automatic car. But unfortunately no luck, due to the busy summer season. Still he then arrange his colleague to pick the car back in 30minutes. However, they agreed to offer a discount code for my next visit to Lanzarote, but this didn't happened finally. Update: After this review and one email, they resolve the issue immediately and politely. Also to add, despise didn't have a chance to drive the car, the car is in very good condition, clean and new.

Yesterday, my wife and I made a spontaneous decision to rent a car in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. Amazing experience, we came to get a car very last minute on the day we wanted to rent. We got the last car within a few minutes. There is not much paperwork, you don't have to wait a lot. We rented a car from here for 3 days ,the rental process was very easy and quick but the lady / girl who sorted it was very arrogant and rude ,she didn t explain anything about fuel ,were to bring it back to ect .We got told it was behind the spa a red clio got to the end of the road and no red Clio ,I read the note on the car key which said blanco which I knew meant white ,the lady was English I think who also spoke Spanish she should of know it was white .Went back down after 3 days to rent it again for a day ,the shutter was half way down so i knocked and said are u open it says 9- 5pm I think .She came and said No we are not we re having dinner in a argonaut way ,she didn t look happy .As she could of said can u come back in 10 mins but no her tone of voice was disgusting.I would never go back here .

We rented a Dacia Duster automatic for 6 full days ( 240 including premium insurance) The car was handed over to us in a friendly manner, with a full tank and clean, directly at the office. The vehicle was in very good condition and technically perfect. To our surprise, on the last day we were able to simply leave the car at our hotel and hand in the key at the hotel reception. Friendly, affordable and very customer oriented. What more could you want? Highly recommended!

Careful younger drivers. When inquiring about a car to rent the following day the service was very forthcoming and friendly. We were told that there is one car left which we could have. Upon seeing my ID I was told that the minimum age is 22 and so we could not rent. He also remarked that all other rental companies use the same minimum age. Upon checking their terms and conditions and calling their phone number (which I should have done before going there) I read and got told that I should have been able to rent a car. Long story short we found a different place that didn t lie to us.

We rented a Fiat 500 convertible for 2 days in Lanzarote. Super competent team and good mediation. A very good English-speaking employee impressed us. The car was a dream: clean, hardly any faults and few kilometers (13,000). We couldnt pay the deposit with a credit card, but we were able to deposit 300 in cash, which we got back without any problems. Highly recommended!

Cracking service from Jaria, I needed a decent one day car rental at very short notice whilst staying in Playa Blanca. I booked online at close to midnight and the exact car (Seat Ibiza) as promised brand new was dropped at my hotel doorstep at 9am the following morning. Reasonable rate, full rank and under 5 minutes for paperwork and handover. Absolutely outstanding and exemplary service. I wouldnt use anyone else now if I returned to Lanzarote.
