Booked a car online intending to collect at Puerto del Carmen office, we were staying in the hotel Los Jameos in Pocillos and when I saw a local agent in the hotel I asked where the office was. He told me not to bother going there he would get the car delivered to the hotel for me. Throughout all my dealing with Daniel he was a superb example of customer service and complete gentleman and so helpful and professional. We were even given a free upgrade to a much higher category of car. Thank you once again Daniel. I have no hesitation in recommending this company

In vacanza a Lanzarote ho affittato un'auto presso la filiale di Calle Juan Carlos I dopo aver valutato anche le offerte di altre compagnie. Il contratto e stato stipulato con la Sig.ra Emma con la quale si e stabilito subito un rapporto di fiducia. Molto gentile, precisa e chiara nell'esporre le condizioni ha applicato la tariffa che avevo addocchiato in internet e all' atto del ritiro dell'auto, che e avvenuto un paio di giorni dopo, mi ha consegnato una vettura di classe superiore a quella prenotata senza costi aggiuntivi. Da segnalare che il prezzo pattuito era gia finito, senza oneri aggiuntivi e, cosa non da poco, non e stato richiesto alcun deposito cauzionale. Di sicuro non esitero a servirmi di Cabrera Medina durante il mio prossimo viaggio sull'isola

Emailed and without any hassle arranged a days car hire 40 euro for 2 drivers no excess and unlimited mileage with pick up 5 mins from our accommodation. No deposit and very quick - would recommend
