Minimum formalities, friendly, quick, efficient. We return the car even at night, we throw the key in the box. The deposit was refunded every penny. I think it can be recommended
All good. The car was not the newest and brightest but it does the job. The prices are better than at the big competitors.
Bonjour. Prix raisonable. Le loueur nous a donne la cle. Pas de notation de la voiture pour signaler les defauts. Voiture tres sale exterieure et j'ai signale que les pneus etaient tres uses. Il m'a dit que ce n'etait pas grave !!! Debit immediat de la caution ( 200 euros) toujours pas rendu. Je craint.

Muy buen servicio, contactan contigo justo a la hora que llega tu vuelo y te dan todas las indicaciones para que no te tengas que mover practicamente de la puerta de la terminal, te hacen la entrega del vehiculo comoda y rapidamente. Para la devolucion tambien se hace con la misma comodidad y facilidad. Muy recomendable si necesitas un vehiculo para moverte por Lanzarote.
Very good service, they contact you right at the time your flight arrives and give you all the instructions so that you practically do not have to move from the terminal door, they deliver the vehicle comfortably and quickly. Returns are also done with the same comfort and ease. Highly recommended if you need a vehicle to get around Lanzarote.
Ces gens sont des gros voleurs !!!! J'ai donne ma carte bancaire pour payer plusieurs jours de location de voiture et finalement nous avions paye en liquide car cela arrangeait la personne de l'agence. Celle ci nous avait assure qu'il n'y aurait donc aucun prelevement sur ma carte bancaire. Plus d'un mois apres notre retour en France, j'ai ete prelevee sur ma carte, 84 euros et sans mon autorisation. Agence de location a fuir comme la peste !!!!
These people are big thieves!!!! I gave my bank card to pay for several days of car rental and ultimately we paid in cash because it suited the person at the agency. She assured us that there would be no charge on my bank card. More than a month after our return to France, I was charged 84 euros on my card without my authorization. Rental agency to avoid like the plague!!!!

Rip off. An elderly friend hired a car which cost EUR1000.00 for 4 weeks from Autos Solyplaya. When we questioned the amount we were advised they are a small company, the car was expensive to buy, insurance was included, it was an automatic car and delivery was included. The manager was a bully, intimidating and took advantage of an elderly lady, saying she was getting the car at a cheap rental price. We subsequently discovered that the car actually belongs to a reputable car hire company on the island. The manager had hired the car from the reputable company at a maximum total cost of EUR470.00 for 4 weeks, including fully comp. insurance, an automatic car and delivery. We thought Autos Solyplaya would have done the decent thing and offered a refund of some of the money but the manager did not, making an excessive profit from an elderly lady. Absolute disgrace.
Booked through the Alpitour people, it all went fine. Two cars each with two seats for babies. Prices are reasonable.
