We wanted to rent a car from this rental company - it turned out to be impossible! On Thursday we went to ask about the possibility of renting a car for one day and booking it for Monday. The lady at the office said that we can rent a car for 1 day (no problem with that), but if we want a car for Monday, we have to come and book it on Sunday morning by 12 o'clock. It's strange that you can't book a car a few days in advance, but okay. We came on Sunday morning (as we were told) wanting to book a car for the next day - Monday. The gentleman who was at the office at that time said that we can't book a car for tomorrow, that if we want to rent a car for tomorrow, we have to come tomorrow, that he doesn't do reservations. At this point we were already irritated, we couldn't understand why we couldn't book a car - we wanted to be sure that the car would be waiting for us. But oh well, we listened and came on MONDAY MORNING to rent a car for TODAY. Unfortunately, the gentleman at work said that it was impossible to rent a car for today and that they do not rent cars for one day! In addition, he seemed very unpleasant and did not speak English very well. We were not able to book or rent a car, we only lost our valuable time. I do not recommend this rental company and its employees!

Rented a car for 5 people for 2days paid 78 euro, no deposit needed. They only needed some details from my driver's licence and I collected the car the next day. Staff were very helpful and nice to deal with. Will definitely use this company again.

Used them a couple of times during our stay as they are a decent and honest company, unlike many car hire firms. Prices automatically include full CDW insurance so no need to mess around inspecting the car in detail when you take it, and then being concerned they will find some minuscule scratch when you return.

Excellent service as always from Emma at the old town office. If you need a car she will sort it.

The car was super, all was OK. When I want to give this car back the worker was unpleasant. Before I took this car a few days ago she was like honey. Samochod byl super, wszystko bylo jak najbardziej w porzadku. W momencie odstawienia auta pani z obslugi byla bardzo nie mila, pare dni wczesniej zanim wynajalem auto byla jak miod. Das Auto war super, alles war in am besten Ordnung. Wenn ich wollte Auto abgeben, die Frau war echt unfreundlich, vor paar Tage bevor ich habe das Auto gemietet sie war wie ein Honig.
