PRIMER LUGAR TODO BIEN, LOS EMPLEADOS O LA EMPRESA NO CUMPLE BIEN CON POLIZA DE SEGUROS TENGAN MUCHOS CUIDADO QUE A UNO EN MOSTRADOR NO LE DICEN LA VENEDSD AHORITA ME ESTAN ROBANDO CASI 1200EUR estos sin verguenza por que si tienes un problema no te agarran el telf si hay un siniestro te ponen la letra pequena por que no tienen transparencia en primero lugar no te explican la franquicia como ENTERPRISE QUE ESO TE DICEN SI QUIERES O NO OAGAR LA FRANQUICIA POR DIA, PUES ESTOS SINVERGUEZA NO COGER FURGONETAS POR QUE ELLOS SI TE LLEGA A PASAR UNA INSIDENCIA TIDO LO HACEM A FAVOR DE ELLOS LA POLICIA DE ANDORRA TUVO QUE LLAMAR A MOS MOSSOS PARA PREGUNTAR EL EL SEGURO SON LADRONES SIN VERGUZA Y EL OERSINA NO ESTA CAPACTADO PARA DAR LA INFORMACIIN EXACTA DE LO QUE OASA YO NO LA RECILIENDO ESTA EMPRESA TENGAN CUIDADO YO ESTABA ASI CONO USTEDE BIEN PERO LE SACABA HASTA 4 vehiculos ahora me han robado y si sacas dos vehiculos tengan cuidado que este legal el contrato por que si no les pasara las misma mia que me detuvo la policia de Andorra y no contestaron el telf ellos nunca. Es la segunda vez que alquilamos una furgoneta de pasajeros en Fandos. Esta vez ha sido un poco peor. La furgoneta no estaba limpia ni por dentro ni por fuera. El espejo retrovisor interior estaba roto. La tapa de los fusibles en el habitaculo del copiloto quitado , suelto en la guantera. El deposito de gasoil ha dado problemas para repostar. La que nos han alquilado hoy tiene muchisimas marcas y desconchados. Mi impresion ha sido que nos han alquilado la furgoneta sin ningun tipo de revision del estado de la misma despues de un alquiler. Afortunadamente la empleada ha resuelto muy profesionalmente. No ha sido una experiencia satisfactoria esta vez.
