Esta en una buena ubicacion facil de encontrar, buena atencion, coches con muy pocos kilometros y limpios. Merece la pena alquilar un coche unos dias y conocer la zona. Cerca hay un museo de la Guerra Civil, de la batalla de Teruel, y por la carretera que va hacia Libros junto al rio Turia se puede ver un bello paisaje para recorrer en coche a tu ritmo sin horarios. Con respecto a los comentarios que he leido en relacion a la fianza, hay que aclarar que no cobran la fianza, solo bloquean el dinero en la tarjeta por el importe de la fianza para asegurar el cobro. A la entrega se desbloquea, no hay cargos ni ingresos.

Regarding the comments that I have read in relation to the deposit, it must be clarified that they do not collect the deposit, they only block the money on the card for the amount of the deposit to ensure collection. Upon delivery it is unlocked, there are no charges or income.
En primer lugar decir que el trato recibido dejo mucho que desear, ya que me citaron para la recogida de un vehiculo a una hora concreta, y al llegar a la hora indicada me dicen que no me pueden atender, deben cerrar la oficina de inmediato para atender a otro cliente en otro lugar, a lo cual manifiesto mi absoluta disconformidad...Se me entregan en escasos minutos unas llaves de un vehiculo, firmo, pago la fianza, y se cierra la Oficina. Poco despues, telefonicamente (puesto que la oficina esta cerrada y hay cola de clientes) informo de que no estoy conforme con el coche y que deseo cambiarlo...Al dia siguiente me entregan un coche blanco muy sucio por fuera, y que apestaba tanto a tabaco que hasta la ropa que llevaba puesta olia al bajar del mismo. El deposito de los limpias vacio, y la luna casi opaca. Para colofon, me llaman de la oficina para pedirme el favor de que les cambie el vehiculo por otro, alegando que a otro cliente le hace falta el que yo habia recogido el dia anterior...Es entonces cuando le indico que puede quedarse con su vehiculo y que desde luego el coche no estaba para nada en condiciones de entregar a ningun cliente por los motivos que aclaraba anteriormente, de lo cual la persona que me atiende se muestra conocedora, y pide disculpas. Desde luego he de aclarar que se trataba de un vehiculo de sustitucion que mi seguro habia contratado, porque si debo pagar por los servicios y el vehiculo otra cosa hubiera sido...

The cleaning tank is empty, and the window is almost opaque. To top it off, they call me from the office to ask me to exchange their vehicle for another, claiming that another client needs the one I had picked up the day before... That's when I tell him that he can keep his vehicle and that of course the car was not at all in a condition to deliver to any client for the reasons that I clarified previously, of which the person who assists me is aware, and apologizes. Of course I must clarify that it was a replacement vehicle that my insurance had contracted, because if I had to pay for the services and the vehicle, something else would have been...
Hemos alquilado un coche por 140EUR mas 60EUR de fianza, todo bien hasta que nos quitaron otros 95EUR de la cuenta no se ni para que. Lo peor? Llamas a la oficina y no tienen ni idea de porque ha pasado, llamas a atencion al cliente (te cobran la llamada) y no te los cogen, todos los agentes de toda ESPANA estan ocupados en el mismo momento. No tengo ni la fianza ni el dinero devuelto de momento. Muy mala experiencia la verdad.
We rented a car for EUR140 plus EUR60 deposit, everything was fine until they took another EUR95 from our account, I don't even know why. Worst? You call the office and they have no idea why it happened, you call customer service (they charge you for the call) and they don't pick up, all the agents throughout SPAIN are busy at the same moment. I do not have the deposit or the money returned at the moment. Very bad experience really.
