MUY POCO PROFESIONAL !! Por un pequeno rasguno ( adjunto foto) lo lleve a 2 talleres para saber el presupuesto antes de entregalo 1* presupuesto es de 950EUR 2* presupuesto es de 890EUR Mi sorpresa me comentan que la reparacion son 1600EUR Les comento que tengo 2 presupuestos muchos mas economicos de 2 talleres Y tienen la decencia de decirme que esos son sus precios ( sin darme un presupuesto por escrito) Todo de palabra (( precios abusivos ))) Y para colmo lo entrego con el deposito lleno y me comentan que falta 25 litros Si quieres que un buen sitio es tu lugar idoneo!! Situacion lamentable EDITO RESENA: Confusion ninguna no es la primera vez que alquilo y siempre pasa algo el deposito de combustible ( marcando lleno) alguna vez falta y rellenar despues sin poder verlo supuestamente lo que falta No lo hacen delante mio luego Mi sorpresas mando a un empleado a recoger un vehiculo y trae exactamente el mismo ( misma matricula) con el mismo rasguno despues de 2 meses Algo inaceptable porque me lo habian cobrado Lo siento pero no alquilo nada mas aqui siempre son enganos
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Due to a small scratch (photo attached) I took it to 2 workshops to know the estimate before delivering it 1* quote is EUR950 2* budget is EUR890 To my surprise, they told me that the repair cost EUR1,600. I tell you that I have 2 much cheaper budgets from 2 workshops. And they have the decency to tell me that those are their prices (without giving me a written quote) All in words (( predatory pricing ))) And to make matters worse, I deliver it with a full tank and they tell me that 25 liters are missing. If you want a good place, this is your ideal place!! unfortunate situation EDIT REVIEW: There is no confusion, it is not the first time I rent and something always happens, the fuel tank (marking full) is sometimes missing and then refilling without being able to see supposedly what is missing They don't do it in front of me later My surprise: I send an employee to pick up a vehicle and he brings back exactly the same one (same license plate) with the same scratch after 2 months Something unacceptable because they had charged me I'm sorry but I don't rent anything else here they are always scams
I can confirm Paulo Soares's review. No email sent whatsoever, when I arrived there there was no car as they claimed that the pdf you're shown when making the booking is just a "peticion de reserva" (which is really difficult to understand from that pdf). They claim that they call after making this peticion but never did. Finally, I couldn't rent the car as I don't have a NIE (something else that was never mentioned during the booking).
Servicio muy profesional, furgonetas siempre limpias y revisadas. Tienen furgonetas, coches y camiones con plataforma. No son los mas baratos (quizas 10 euros mas que otros), pero si los mas honrados (y por mucho).
Very professional service, vans always clean and inspected. They have vans, cars and flatbed trucks. They are not the cheapest (maybe 10 euros more than others), but yes the most honest (and by far).
Buena atencion. Sin problemas a la recogida y entrega en mano o llaves al buzon en caso de estar cerrado. Ok. Perfecto
