Foi experiencia muito negativa. Atendimento muito mal. Ninguem nao responde por telemovel. Esperei uma hora por ser atendido. Dei 1 estrela s3o porque nao consigo por 0. Nunca mais vou usar o vosso servico e nao recomendo a ninguem.

Lastima que no tengas la opcion de retornar el coche antes de lo contratado... en mi caso lo necesite por una averia de mi coche, y me lo entregaron antes de tiempo y tuve el coche de alquiler aparcado por no necesitarlo

We had many problems, we made the reservation online and they did not send us the confirmation email. We called and they told us to send an email as we made the payment, the email still did not arrive. We called again and they told us that the reservation number was enough. The day arrives, we had a reservation time of 9:30, the person who takes care of the car rental starts at ten. We had reserved a Nissan juke, they wanted to give us a lower category car, which according to their computer system is what we reserved. We took out comprehensive insurance because we were taking a long trip, the insurance with its computer system, the insurance was transformed to third parties with windows and tires. With anger for everything we paid the difference to have it at all risk (we wanted to go on vacation and we were already wasting a lot of time). In short, they bring us a car with flat tires, burned out headlights, etc.... In the end we managed to get out to the 11:00 losing the insurance money and the food reservation, first surprise that couldnt be. The people there dont care what happens to you. Finally, they called us in the afternoon to see if we had cotxe insurance.... no words... A piece of advice if you use their services (which we obviously wont do) take out comprehensive insurance, the cotxes are bad and youll be fine. to catch something safe. It is impossible to put everything that is wrong.

Volvimos ha llamar y nos dijeron q con el numero de reserva Era suficiente. Llega el dia teniamos hora de reserva 9:30, la persona q se ocupa del alquiler de coche empieza a las diez. Teniamos reservado un Nissan juke, nos querian dar un cotxe de categoria inferior, q segun su sistema informatico es lo q reservamos. Cogimos el seguro a todo riesgo pq haciamos un viaje largo, el seguro con su sistema informatico el seguro se transformo a terceros con Lunas y llantas. Con el enfado ya por todo pagamos la diferencia para tenerlo a todo riesgo ( queriamos irnos de vacaciones y ya perdiamos mucho tiempo) Total nos traen un cotxe con las ruedas desinchadas, las luces delanteras fundidas etc.... Al final conseguimos sallir a las 11:00 perdiendo el Dinero del seguro y la reserva de la comida, primera sorpresa q no pudo ser. A la gente de alli les da absolutamente igual lo q te passe. Por ultimo nos llaman a la tarde por si teniamos seguro del cotxe.... sin palabras... Un consejo si usan sus servicios ( cosa q no haremos nosotros evidentemente ) cojan un seguro a todo riesgo, los cotxes estan mal y os van a pillar con algo seguro. Es imposible poner todo lo q esta mal.
