Servicio nefasto, se me averio uno de sus coches, despues de eso retuvieron mi fianza en exceso y no me ofrecieron compensacion alguna por los dias no disfrutados, aparte de esperar una grua 6h. Aun no me han dado solucion ni se la espera.
Disastrous service, one of their cars broke down, after that they withheld my deposit in excess and did not offer me any compensation for the days not enjoyed, apart from waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours. They have not yet given me a solution nor am I expecting one.
Alquilamos un coche para unos dias, mi familia y yo, y estuvimos mas que a gusto!!! El coche estaba impecable, fueron super amables y pasamos unos dias geniales con el coche alquilado. Aitana fue muy amable dandonos instrucciones y ayudandonos a escoger el coche ideal.

En septiembre compre un fiat punto a mi hija, a las 3 semanas la ventanilla del conductor se quedo clavada y lo lleve al taller donde al analizar el problema vieron que el funcionamiento se habia roto, para que mi hija no llevase el coche abierto bloquearon el cristal hasta que les llegara la autorizacion para poder repararlo, pues bien, a partir de ahi empieza el cachondeo y la falta de profesionalidad ya que tras 4 semanas llamando constantemente para que me solucionaran el problema me dicen que no me lo arreglan, que haga una queja mediante hoja de reclamaciones y se quedan tan tranquilos, es penoso que una reparacion que para ellos apenas supone nada queden tan mal con un cliente que en principio estaba muy contento con la atencion del vendedor. Mi consejo es que si podeis evitar la mas minima gestion con ellos lo hagais, porque una vez que cobran dejas de tener esa atencion. CUIDADO NO SON LO QUE PARECE QUE NO TE ENGANEN COMO A MI!!! NO REPITO NI AUNQUE SEA GRATUITO
In September I bought a Fiat Punto for my daughter, after 3 weeks the driver's window was stuck and I took it to the workshop where when they analyzed the problem they saw that the operation had been broken, so that my daughter wouldn't have the car open they blocked the glass until they received the authorization to be able to repair it, well, from there the joke and lack of professionalism begins since after 4 weeks constantly calling to have the problem solved they tell me that they won't fix it, that I should do a complain through a complaint form and they remain so calm, it is sad that a repair that barely means anything to them looks so bad with a customer who in principle was very happy with the seller's attention. My advice is that if you can avoid the slightest management with them, do it, because once they get paid you stop having that attention. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE THEY DON'T DECEIVE YOU LIKE ME!!! I DO NOT REPEAT EVEN IF IT IS FREE
