La chica que me atendia no podia ser peor. Desagradable, faltandome el respeto porque me queje de que no tuvieran ni furgoneta cuando me dijeron que estaria.... No he visto un trato en mi vida como el de esa chica al atender a un cliente No vuelvo a alquilar nada mas aqui mientras este esta individua atendiendo. Furgoneta sin gasoil y sin add blue.( Muestro fotos. Y sucia. Sin duda no vuelvo con este personaje atendiendo.
The girl who served me couldn't be worse. Disgusting, disrespectful because I complained that they didn't even have a van when they told me it would be there... I have not seen a treatment in my life like that of that girl when serving a client I will not rent anything else here while the individual is attending. Van without diesel and without add blue. Marina un 10, Marc un 10. La doble M! Veient les resenyes negatives vaig acudir amb por. Pero tant la recollida del vehicle, com la entrega van ser super agils. En 4/5 dies ja m'han tornat la paga i senal integra. A mes Marina hem va oferir ampliar en cas de necesitat mes dies de lloguer del vehicle a un preu imbatible. Gracies!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car rental company. While poor customer service is one issue, failing to have a car ready after making a reservation well in advance is entirely unacceptable. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time, only to be informed that the car had a mechanical issue -- something that should have been their responsibility to address, not mine. Instead of offering a solution, I was given two options: pay more for a different vehicle or wait for the car I had already prepaid, which was supposedly just 15 minutes away. However, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes after my arrival. Despite clearly expressing my frustration over the lack of preparedness and professionalism, I received no adequate solution. The entire process took an hour and a half, during which I was met with excuses and misinformation. At one point, I was told the car had been available for 30 minutes, which made no sense given the circumstances. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. She even left before returning my payment, claiming only she could process the refund, despite the office remaining open for another 30 minutes. In the end, I left without a car, without a refund, and deeply dissatisfied with how I was treated. The lack of professionalism and integrity from both the staff and management was staggering. I highly recommend the company reconsider who they place in management roles, as this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Voy a presentar una denuncia por incumplimiento, hice una reserva de una furgoneta el 25/06/24, para recoger el 28/06 hasta el 01/07 que me confirmaron por mail. Me llaman el mismo dia 28 a las 14:30 para decirme que no tienen la furgoneta disponible y me dejan colgado para hacer una gran mudanza con el personal ya contratado. Habiendo contratado con ellos varias veces y sin ningun problema. Pero lo de ayer me parece muy lamentable, ya que por tiempo no he podido solucionar el problema que me han causado. Voy a poner el asunto en manos de abogados ya que me parece inadmisible.
