Un servicio lamentable. Media hora esperando mirando para el cartel de "vuelvo en 15 minutos" para que te digan que no tienen coches disponibles. Llamar al telefono movil que tienen en el cartel ni te ahorra la espera ni te da ninguno tipo de informacion. Una compania a evitar 100%.
A regrettable service. Half an hour waiting looking for the "I'll be back in 15 minutes" sign to be told they don't have cars available. Calling the mobile phone number they have on the sign neither saves you the wait nor gives you any type of information. A company to avoid 100%.

Sin problemas, no ponen inconvenientes y como obligacion, dejar el deposito lleno como te lo han dado. Lo de dejar una fianza de 200EUR me tenia un poco preocupado pero han vuelto a mi cuenta completos. Contando que lo deje un sabado y que es cuestion de la entidad bancaria devolver la retencion, ha sido rapido.

La peor atencio que he recibido en un punto AVIS. Al anterior cliente lo han atendido fatal y cuando me ha tocado a mi me ha hecho lo mismo. Una chica morena, con gafas, borde, sin empatia ni ganas de trabajar. Cada vez que tengo que recoger el coche en esta sucursal me encuentro que aun han de llevarlo a limpiar, la demora nunca baja de media hora. Si a eso le sumas la falta de profesionalidad de la Sta. Caly me provocan ganas de trabajar con otro empresa de alquiler de vehiculos. Mi punto de alquiler habitual de AVIS es Granollers y estoy encantada con ellos, una maravilla. No se que pasa con el equipo de Terrassa que no saben ni las caracteristicas de los vehiculos que ofrecen. Una gran decepcion.
The worst service I have received at an AVIS point. They treated the previous client terribly and when it was my turn he did the same to me. A dark-skinned girl, with glasses, a rim, without empathy or desire to work. Every time I have to pick up the car at this branch I find that they still have to take it to be cleaned, the delay is never less than half an hour. If you add to that the lack of professionalism of Miss Caly It makes me want to work with another car rental company. My usual AVIS rental point is Granollers and I am delighted with them, wonderful. I don't know what's going on with the Terrassa team because they don't even know the characteristics of the vehicles they offer. A big disappointment.
Vaig trucar per llogar un cotxe el dia 22/06/2023 a les 12:45h, parlant amb una senyora per telefon, em va informar de que tenien dos cotxes disponibles i que obrien a la tarda a les 16:00h. A les 16:00h estava esperant a la porta, Ba arribar un noi, li vaig dir que havia parlat amb una senyora per veure els dos cotxes que tenien, ja que volia anar a Cadiz amb el cotxe volia veure quina cilindrada tenien etc... Al dir-li al noi semblava que fos una molestia mirar els papers dels cotxes, pero finalment varem mirar ho, varem poder saber la cilindrada de un, de l'altre em va dir que no ho sabia i es va quedar tant ample. La meva sorpresa va ser que vaig anar amb taxi fins alla per tornar amb el cotxe de lloguer a casa i el noi em diu que els cotxes no estan preparats per entregar-los, estaven bruts.... La senyora amb la que vaig parlar al mati no va informar-me de que tenien els cotxes bruts i no es podia entregar.... Resum, poca empatia per part del noi treballador, gens resolutiu ni implicat en llogar el cotxe, i la senyora no em va comunicar que els cotxes no estaven disponibles per llogarlos a les 16:00h... Perdua de temps i diners per mi i sense cotxe.... No recomano a ningu llogar res alla!!!!!
I called to rent a car on 06/22/2023 at 12:45pm, speaking to a lady on the phone, she informed me that they had two cars available and that they opened in the afternoon at 4:00pm. At 4:00 pm I was waiting at the door, a guy arrived, I told him that I had spoken to a lady to see the two cars they had, as I wanted to go to Cadiz with the car, I wanted to see what cylinder capacity they had etc... Al telling the boy it seemed like it was a nuisance to look at the papers of the cars, but finally we looked at it, we were able to find out the cylinder capacity of one, of the other he told me he didn't know and it was so wide. My surprise was that I took a taxi there to take the rental car home and the guy tells me that the cars are not ready to be delivered, they were dirty.... The lady I spoke to in the morning did not inform me that their cars were dirty and could not be delivered.... Summary, little empathy from the working guy, not decisive or involved in renting the car, and the lady did not inform me that the cars were not available to rent at 4:00 pm... Waste of time and money for me and no car.... I do not recommend anyone to rent anything there!!!!!
La chica de recepcion una impresentable. Voy a devolver el coche y me dice (ojo a su pesima atencion al cliente): aun no son las 09:00 y no me atiende. Eran las 8:59 y justo marcan las 09:00 y dice que en su reloj aun no eran las 09:00. Senora, si no le gusta su trabajo hay miles de personas con mas dotes de atencion y servicio, vayase a su casa a contestar asi a un cliente. Una estrella porque poner 0 no me deja. Una verguenza y desde luego es una experiencia que pienso contar a cualquier persona que tenga intencion de ir a ese centro de alquiler. Ese tipo de "trabajadores" dejan en muy mala imagen a la empresa.

Muy buena experiencia. El coche en buenas condiciones, muy limpio, proceso de alquiler y devolucion rapido y facil. El personal ha sido muy amable en todo momento y atentos. Recomendado.

Servicio escaso y chulesco; coches en muy mal estado: olor a tabaco; no funciona crucero; muchos golpes o defectos, mando llave con bateria floja. La atencion al cliente miserable, te hace sentir que no tiene ganas de trabajar y que le molestas con tus problemas y encima te tienes que encargar de la limpieza interior del coche. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Poor and arrogant service; cars in very poor condition: smell of tobacco; cruise does not work; many bumps or defects, key fob with loose battery. The miserable customer service makes you feel like they don't feel like working and that you bother them with your problems and on top of that you have to take care of cleaning the car's interior. I don't recommend it at all.
