Brali avtomobil' Siat Ibitsu 23 goda na paru dnei (mekhanika). Otlichnyi variant, adekvatnye tseny, sotrudniki govoriat na mnogikh iazykakh, druzheliubnye, otlichnyi servis. Takzhe brali bilety v nochnoi Siam Park (akvapark), takzhe vsio otlichno i klassno proveli vremia. Vsem sovetuiu etu kompaniiu!

We rented a 23-year-old Seat Ibiza for a couple of days (mechanics). Great option, reasonable prices, multilingual staff, friendly, great service. We also took tickets to Siam Park (water park) at night, everything was also great and we had a great time. I recommend this company to everyone!

Do not take cars here!!! I have fallen into their trap because was to lazy to check other options!! The prices for one day are twice higher than in other places! One day of car rent of toyota yaris is 89 euro. If you go down the Calle la Sirena you will find that you can hire a bigger car for 2 days for the same price. Another thing is they won't return you a deposit if you scratch the car. Those cars have insurances!!! And in case minor damages like scratch they should be covered by insurance. They did not return my deposit! I spent almost 500 euros to rent a car from those people for 4 days because of the minor scratch! Don't fall into their trap like me, look for another company! I rented a car for a day and am satisfied with the service. The price might not be immediately competitieve in comparison to other rentals in the area, more on the expensive side. However, you get value for your money with an almost new car equipped with everything. I had to wait a bit during both pickup and return due to their busyness and having another branch. Upon return, the car was inspected, and the deposit was refunded promptly. Overall, I would recommend, but to keep the coast per day reasonable, it's better to rent for multiple days.

Otlichnaia kompaniia. Vziali avtomobil' na odin den' i byli priiatno udivleny(avtomobil' byl 2023 goda proizvodstva s probegom 6t. km). Sotrudnik kotoryi vydaval avtomobil' razgovarival na neskol'kikh iazykakh(v tom chisle na russkom). Bol'shim pliusom bylo to chto ne nuzhna byla priviazka k kreditnoi karte chto vnushilo ogromnoe doverie....ochen' gumannyi depozit v razmere 200EUR. Como arruinar una impresion en 1 minuto. Alquile un coche por 1 dia para ir a una reunion con amigos. Desde el momento de la reserva y hasta el momento de la devolucion del coche todo estuvo bien. Alquilamos un Toyota Yaris automatico. Llame a la empresa 3 horas antes de que finalizara el periodo de alquiler y dije que solo habiamos recorrido 50 km, o incluso menos. ?Cuanto tengo que pagar extra? Me dijeron que eran 5 euros. Pero al devolver el coche, vino un hombre con barba completamente diferente y empezo a convencerme de que habiamos conducido mucho mas lejos y habiamos consumido varias veces mas gasolina. Quizas parezco una nina. Pero tengo 17 anos de experiencia. Se perfectamente como funciona todo. Realmente no me gusto tener que enterarme de todo esto. Y lo que me dijeron al principio fue que no tenia que repostar. Y luego empezaron a buscar dinero. No me entregaron ningun documento al finalizar el contrato de arrendamiento. Espero que no me hagan cargos en mi tarjeta por nada mas. No recomiendo contactar con esta empresa, cuida tus nervios. Ambas fotografias fueron tomadas ANTES de arrancar el auto.
