When you get your confirmation don't follow their instructions how to find it. Also when you ring the helpline it will send you to Avis. Don't do this either. Walk right to the end of the terminal past the overflow car park for rentals up to the roundabout on the left is a petrol station. Don't turn left instead turn right and walk down the dimly lit road and you will see a large building with a sign you would need to have a telescope in your pocket to see. That's the office.

Very good experience with car rental. The pick up was quick, the office was about a 15 minute walk from the airport. Return was quick. Overall experience was very good. Highly recommended!

We booked this car via HolidayAutos as Turisprime stated their pickup is in the terminal. It is not in the terminal. It is a ten minute walk away from the terminal. Part of which is on a street with no pavement.

Very good experience of renting a car. Picking up was fast, absolutely no problems to find the office. Car was clean and in very good condition. Dropping off was fast. The experience was very good. Definitely recommend!

Avoid them !!!!!!!! They lied to us about the petrol (they said it was full and it's a problem of the needle that doesn't go all the way up). When we returned the car they made us fill it up and obviously there was no problem with the needle ... So they just made us buy them petrol we didn't use...

Couldn't find the transfer for half an hour upon arrival. Long waiting time for picking up the car. When returning waiting for shuffle 40 minutes. Positive...fast return of deposit, clean and well maintained car, nice staff.

This has been one of the most horrible experience of my life, would not recommend under any circumstances. We rented a car in Tenerife through Turisprime (which is a group of AVIS) with full insurance paid. The car was new according to them. On day 10 of our 15 days trip, the engine of the car broke in the middle of the highway with no warnings on the car whatsoever, and then took fire. We were lucky to exit the car quick enough and be alive. There has been no help from AVIS at all (did not come to pick us on the highway although said that they will) and then they did not gave us a replacement car. They also charged us 2000 euros although having the full insurance. They told us that they would give us a report from the garage 2 days after the incident to clarify the reason of the incident, and reimburse us if it was not our responsibility (which it isn't). We are now 1 month far and we still have not received any report. They are not returning our calls, nor responding to our emails. They are completely ignoring us. Such an unprofessional and dangerous company.

Updating my review as the owner responded after 6 months. We did go to the correct place, had to walk a bit from the airport. The building was there, we could go inside, but it was empty, with new facilities, felt like they did not even open yet. There was a phone number on the door which we called multiple times, no answer, never called us back either. We called booking.com, they also tried to call Turisprime, but no answer for them either. We managed to get our money back from booking.com about 2 months later, but that did not compensate for the experience. Original review: Terrible experience, would give -5 stars if possible. We booked a car via booking.com We arrived on time and there is nobody here. It's an enpty building, you can go in and there is nobody!!!! The phone numbers provided either don't work or they don't answer. It's a rip off, avoid at all cost!
