Kleineres Fahrzeug als gebucht bekommen: statt T-Roc einen Skoda Kamiq erhalten, sie behaupten es ware dasselbe, ist es aber nicht . Aus dem VW Konzern entspricht der T-Cross dem Kamiq und der T-Roc ware bei Skoda ein Karoq! Also doch besser zu Cicar - da bekommt man bei nicht-Vorhandensein des bestellten KFZ ein hoherwertigeres und nicht ein kleineres zum selben Preis / TopCar verarscht also den Kunden betrugerisch! Personal am Flughafen unfreundlich und herrisch. Sehr dominant, das Mitdenken & die Interaction des Kunden unterbindend! So kann man besser uber Schummeleien hinwegtauschen, dem Kunden immer den Wind aus den Segeln nehmen, ihm was andrehen was so eigentlich nicht vereinbart! Sind die kanarischen Mietwagen Betreiber die neuen ,,Araber" was Geschaftspraktiken angeht? Unser T-Roc war eine Woche zuvor als verfugbar von uns bestellt. Der Kamiq war fast sauber, ( es lag noch ein Kassenzettel rum, keine Kontrolle? ) wenig km. technisch in Ordnung, schwacher Motor.

Took the car for a few weeks. Everything was great. Picking up and dropping off the keys was very fast. Personnel was very pleasant and helpful.

We hired a car on Gran Canaria for 10 days with topcar. Had a very pleasant experience with them. Car was in good shape and check-in and check-out were very fast and hassle free.

Alquilamos en coche antes de viajar a Lanzarote, tras mirar otras companias en las que no quedaba claro que incluia. Con TopCar todo fue claro desde el principio, ademas la flota parecia totalmente nueva y la gran variedad de vehiculos hizo que nos decantasemos a alquilar con ellos. La entrega y la devolucion fue en todo momento rapida y agil, trabaja mucha gente aqui y estan bien organizados con lo que todo fue perfecto. No tuvimos ningun problema con el coche, pero estoy seguro que de haberlo tenido, todo hubiese sigo igualmente rapido. Muy recomendable y desde luego que ya tenemos empresa de alquiler de referencia para nuestras vacaciones.

Genuine reviewers give 1 star, reviews giving 5 stars look fake. ALL the child car seats were dirty not just the fist they offered us, we checked every one in the cupboard, none had been cleaned, even the ones in plastic bags had not even been hoovered so there is no strict cleaning protocol as they claim, this is their first lie in response to my negative review. We were given the keys to a car which was not hoovered or sanitised. The cleaner car we were given had the previous users child's hand prints all over the window. Despite the lies they wrote in reply to my previous review where I pointed out unfair charges, there was no 'damage' to my car and there was no 'tow truck' , these words were used to the make false representation in other words lies. Our car just started beeping when we parked up, we checked all lights were off before we walked away but when we returned it was flashing various fault codes and would not start. If I'd been told there would be a charge for bringing us a working car I could have used my own breakdown cover but they said 'no problem' and drove a car to us knowing the battery was flat. They sent a replacement car with 3/4 of a tank of fuel coincidentally exactly the same level as the car which failed. We returned the second car full at the end of our rental contract like the one we received at the start so there is no justification to charge us for fuel, this was just a rip off. I should not be have been charged for their car failing me this was a rip off. I should not be required to pay additional excess protector called 'super insurance' to avoid a charge for replacing a faulty car this is just a rip off charge. In fact I should have received a free day's rental for the inconvenience of their poor quality car but that is a whole other level of customer service which Top Car would not understand. It is a battle with this company, take your business elsewhere. They will give you a car covered in scratches and not all of them will be marked on the paperwork but I spotted that rip off scam. Take your money elsewhere.

Alquilamos el coche con TopCar para visitar Gran Canaria y la experiencia fue genial. Los chicos nos lo facilitaron todo y el coche en si era una pasada. Alquilamos un mini cabrio por 5 dias y, sin duda, cuando volvamos a necesitar un coche lo haremos con ellos.

Friends! Look at the voucher I took a picture of and attached. And still TopCar Autoreisen claims that we have NO insurance and if anything happens we will be liable for everything - unless we don't pay more, and more. Not a trustworthy company - right? Avoid!
