Trying to hire car for our holiday in grand canaria but no one seems like to be responding to us now is 4 day like I sending bookings trough the Web page and WhatsApp and still nothing happen Waist off my time totally So if anyone wants the car from them please be aware looks to me like cowboys firm better to use autoreisen car hire that's no1 car hire company in canaries

It was all ok except that the executives almost force you or scare you to buy the insurance. I took a ford focus manual and honestly Gran Canaria is a small island and 9 out of 10 times I will never take full insurance as the roads arent that crowded.

Compared to other services, this one is very hard to beat.

I am always afradi to rent a car because of some coyotes who charge you afterwards for so called damage that you did to the car (which is in reality not true) ... so I was very afradi because I did not take the optional all-risk 45EUR insurance ... I paid only for the rental itself which was 116EUR for one week. Upon getting the car I had to pay 500EUR deposit in case ... the whole week I did not fell well about this .... I noticed damage to the car which was not described in the document that I received during pick up of the car ... But when I returned the car ... they did not even look to the car and returned the 500EUR deposit the same day to my credit card. This company has surprized me pleasantly.
