OK Mobility - Aeropuerto Gran Canaria in Telde

This is not our first rental from OK Mobility, we have rented from them several times in Spain. In Gran Canaria, the office is near the airport and there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Honestly, if you don't have luggage, you can easily walk there in 5-10 minutes. The employees were very prompt, the terms of the contract were explained to us very clearly, the delivery and collection of the car was fast (at the collection we stayed for 10-15 minutes because there were several people in front of us). The rented car was in good condition, the only minus was the cleanliness of the interior of the car according to those who used it before us (this is the only reason why I gave four stars) The guarantee retained on the credit card was returned in 3 days. The staff was really friendly and fast during the hiring and return process. Everything was explained very transparent. The damages of the car were clearly marked in the contract. The seats of our car were a bit dirty from the former passengers but since the rate was quite reasonable we accepted that. As the offices are not directly at the airport they are offering a shuttle service which was in time and fast. It takes just couples of minutes to get to the car rental office. I would recommend OK mobility to everyone.

The meeting point process at Gran Canaria airport was not clear and added to our frustrations after a long flight. We eventually met the transfer driver after about 30 minutes and then had to wait an hour in the queue at the vehicle pick up point. We then received a vehicle upgrade and from then on the service was excellent and speedy. The car was excellent, clean and well prepared. The return procedure was quick, efficient and straightforward and we were returned to the airport terminal very quickly afterwards. I will use again if available, and would recommend, but be mindful that pick-up can be slow.

We hired a car from Ok at the airport & although the pickup day was very busy, it went ok! We asked for a free up-grade because of the time we waited & boy was it worth it!! We drove around the island in a Seat Leon grand tourer! What a car! It drives itself & was superb! The car return process was first class and we got our deposit back actually before we flew home, it was that quick! Would definitely recommend these guys!

Very happy with the department in Gran Canaria, close to the airport. The car was, in our opinion, a big upgrade from the one we ordered, so that was a big bonus. Pleasant staff. The car was clean and ready for the holiday. Online check-in didn't work, so had to fill in everything again when we picked up the car. But that's a trifle, but should be checked. Will definitely return to this landlord as long as the price is right.

Initially, we were not going to hire a car for our holiday, but a friend recommended it would be cheaper than two taxi transfers, which for us turned out to be true. We found hiring a car to be much more cost-effective than using airport taxis for our trip from Gran Canaria airport to Maspalomas. We used a website that provided excellent prices, and we found many options cheaper than the combined estimated fare or two taxi rides. Plus we'd have a car for our entire two-week stay. We booked a larger car to fit our family of 5, with ample space for our luggage. Although we originally booked a Peugeot Rifter, we were given a Citroen Berlingo on arrival, which was perfectly fine as they are similar vehicles. Be aware that a deposit is required, so ensure your credit card has sufficient space for this. A useful tip is to thoroughly check the car upon collection and make a video documenting any existing marks or scratches. This can be helpful in case any disputes arise later. Our experience was smooth, and returning the car was effortless. Our deposit was promptly refunded. Having the car for our entire holiday was fantastic, and I plan to use this service again. Overall, we had a great experience and the convenience and flexibility of having a car made our holiday even better.

Excellent location at Gran Canaria airport, the car was excellent value and the process was simple. No need to take the shuttle bus as it's only a short 5 minute walk from and to the terminal. I would recommend.

I have rent cars with this company several times. I really recomand it. Almost every time I got a better car than I did rent. This time Patricia gave me a new Cupra (amazing car :x ), and she provided me lots of information about the rental and also about what to visit on the island. Very fast pick up and return service, and the deposit came back in 1 hour.
