I have been using this company for years, I think people have to understand the value for money they get with Pluscar, no extra insurance no full tank fuel policy, just good honest car hire, so if you have to wait a little that is the price you pay to save quite a few Euros. Staff are always polite and try their best to look after every guest.

Never make deposit of 150EUR with Credit Card! I dont get it Back. I rented a scooter and handed it over intact and complete. i was guaranteed to get my money. today it was debited. The supervisor from plus car yelled at me that the scooter was broken and hung up. I had great experiences with the service on Grand Canaria, but not on Tenerife. The pluscar employees were nice but the super visor was not. I also sent in pictures that the scooter was really intact. But they don't care My contract Number: Contract 10947 license plates 7707kmm Maybe someone can Help me that i get my deposit Back.

I have used these guys many times over the years, sometimes 4 times a year, and never had a problem, admittedly they are hard to find, and not always there when when you turn up, but a phone call normally sorts it out. Was out there Christmas time and anybody that rents a car off these guys know that you pay when you pick the car car, they write your licence details down, throw your debit card in the machine, they give you a receipt, key to the vehicle and off you go. A couple of weeks after I returned home from my holiday I was looking through my bank statement and noticed that Plus Car had taken an extra PS27 out of my account or the equivalent Euros. I emailed them to find out what it was for and to transfer it back immediately. I heard nothing back and followed it up with another email for them to explain themselves, and again I heard nothing, l sent a 3rd and final email letting them know my disdain for them as a company, and courtesy of a reply won have been appreciated. I also advised that I'd never use their services going forward, and would be using Cicar instead from now on. It wasn't so much the fact that they took my money for no reason when I've already paid, it was the fact that they haven't had the decency to reply to my emails!! Don't know if anybody else has shared the same experience, but just make sure you check your statement if you do use them the following month when you return home. I'll be speaking to my bank on Monday, let them know what has happened, and hopefully the bank will reimburse me. Cheers all

Upon our arrival, the flight was considerably delayed and the colleagues were there in the wee hours of the morning waiting for us with exceptional kindness. Primero el coche que se me entrega no es el reservado sino de menos categoria , el limpia del coche estaba roto y hacia un barrido irregular llegando a ser peligroso a la hora de conducir . Tras comentarles mi problema me prometen una solucion la cual sigo esperando por ella a dia de hoy. Por telefono muy amables , de cara al cliente 0 y resolutivos menos aun , y eso que hable con la encargada en ese momento en fin . Leyendo las resenas deberian hacer un poco de autocritica y abrir los ojos ya que en la isla cada vez hay mas y mas empresas de alquiler .

At around 9:20 on that day, we suffered a puncture in the front left wheel. I have been calling several of the pluscar car numbers repeatedly and until 9.50 I have not been able to get anyone to answer me, then, waiting for the person in charge to speak to me and call me, I have had to call again several times since he has not been able to call me back. Una vez obtenida respuesta, el empleado de pluscar me comenta que cambie la rueda por la de repuesto, que se encuentra en el maletero. Mientras me disponia a cambiar la rueda, me he fijado que la rueda delantera derecha estaba en un estado lamentable, sin dibujo y dejando a la vista los alambres del interior de la rueda, no teniendo los 3mm minimos, lo cual hace que la adherencia al asfalto sea minima. Cambio la rueda, y cuando bajo el coche nuevamente al suelo, veo que esta desinflada, tanto como para no poder circular hasta la gasolinera mas cercana, para hinchar dicha rueda. Vuelvo a llamar, y me repite que habla con la responsable y me devuelve la llamada. Pasados 20 minutos vuelvo a llamar yo, porque no me llama. Me comenta que en media hora un empleado de pluscar me traera un coche a mi ubicacion en 30 minutos (esto a las 10.30). Espero hasta las 11.30 y tras llamar una vez mas me dice que acaba de salir del aeropuerto y que tardara media hora mas. El empleado llega a las 12.00, con el coche de sustitucion. Me parece una autentica vergu3nza lo sucedido, habeis dado en alquiler un coche SIN chaleco de seguridad, SIN triangulos de seguridad... Que hubiese pasado si el pinchazo en vez de ocurrir en la urbanizacion hubiese sido en plena autopista? Y lo mas importante habeis dado en alquiler un coche que no se encontraba en condiciones para circular poniendo en peligro nuestra seguridad y nuestra vida, porque con la rueda delantera derecha en ese estado, a 100-120km/h por la autopista podria haber pasado una autentica desgr4cia. Creia que revisabais la condicion de los coches antes de entregarlos, ahora SE QUE NO. Ademas de todo esto lo ocurrido, tanto a pluscar como a consumo.

Ive been renting a car here for years but the service is getting worse every time, Ive been waiting for more than 30m for someone to show up, you call and they dont pick up the phone, after 4 calls, they pick up and a guy tells me that hes already getting off very dry, obviously since it arrives late there is a queue for everyone to get the car, I dont understand that knowing what time the flights arrive they are not more agile in the pick-up and there is not one or two people waiting, cars and contracts ready. ****edit, after more than 1 hour we went to another car rental company on the island, in 15m we had a car ( 20 more)

Me puse en contacto con ellos desde esa hora y les comente que estaba recogiendo el.equipaje y llegue al punto de recogida del parking a las 22.33 y me cobraron. Pedi las hojas de reclamaciones y no tenian ni en el lugar ni en su oficina, que en principio me indicaron que estaba su oficina en la planta alta del parking y luego estaba en Ojos de Garza a varios kms del aeropuerto., y que tampoco encontraba las hojas de reclamaciones, y ya a las 23.30 h cuando aun tampoco se decidian si me.cobraban los 20 euros, al pedirles las hojas de reclamaciones que no tenian, y que finalmente me cobraron, los pague pero no pude reclamar. Y eso que tenian otro servicio de entrega a las 00.00 h programado y que no iban a cobrar ese plus. Ademas viajaba con un nino de 8 anos que tambien sufria este percance durante una hora de estos trapicheros. Ya me lo habian dicho personas de la isla de El Hierro, que estos eran muy trapicheros, pero no tanto. Son muy. Son lo peor. Mala fe y muy malas personas, mentirosas y trapicheros.
