Reservation was quite easy per internet. Price was good. I booked Opel Astra and get Seat Leon. It is nothing about conditions for tank filling on the web side. I paid in office for half tank 21EUR, but then i found out, that in car was just quarter. I made a foto with the mileage and decided, that i will solve it by return of the car. But by return, they were not willing to accept my complaint and i did not get extra money, because i came with three quarters. They sad, that if i let more, they will not pay that. I loose over 30EUR. Sceen wipers were not in good condition and pur water is to not suitable for cleaning a Windows. It needs some agent inside.

After landing we first had to look for where the switch was. Who exactly was on the back of the closed counter. Despite a reservation, the waiting time was almost 45 minutes due to a lack of staff. We were then able to pick up our car very quickly. A brand new Corsa with 1400km on the clock, but already scratches from its predecessor. But no problem with fully comprehensive insurance. The car was not handed over by employees when it was picked up or dropped off, nor were the defects documented with me. 5 stars anyway because new car, low rental price and everything went well. Danach konnten wir unser Auto sehr schnell abholen. Ein nagelneuer Corsa mit 1400km auf der Uhr, aber schon Kratzer drin vom Vorganger. Aber kein Problem mit Vollkasko. Auto wurde weder bei Abholung noch Abgabe durch Mitarbeiter ubergeben bzw die Mangel mit mir dokumentiert. 5 Sterne trotzdem, da neues Auto, kleiner Mietpreis und alles gut lief. Auf den Kanaren nur Cicar bzw Cabrera Medina

I had a reservation at 11:00 p.m. in Gran Canaria. Due to air traffic problems on the afternoon of October 11, my 10:15 p.m. flight from Arrecife-LP was delayed after midnight. I had no way of knowing if they would deliver the car after that time. Thats why I gave up taking that flight and went at 9:15 a.m. I was not able to make a new reservation to pick up on the 12th in the morning on the website due to non-availability. Early on the 12th on the phone I waited more than 20 minutes to be attended to and they informed me that my reservation had been cancelled. I was not able to modify the reservation on the website on the night of the 11th nor did I have any form of contact with the company. I arrive at the terminal and there was a queue for more than an hour and by calling they tell me that I must wait and when they assist me they will tell me if they have a car for me or not. Disastrous attention and management in these circumstances. I will NEVER rent a car with you again and every week I have to rent because I move between islands a lot. Finally I rented with Autoreisen and everything was perfect. Thanks and greetings.

No tuve forma de saber si me entregarian el coche despues de esa hora. Por ello desisti coger ese vuelo y fui a las 9.15 h. No pude realizar nueva reservar para recoger el 12 en la manana por la web por no disponibilidad. El 12 a primera hora al telefono espere mas de 20 minutos para que me atendieran y me informan que mi reserva se habia anulado. No pude modificar la reserva en la web la noche del 11 ni tuve forma de contacto de ningun tipo con la empresa. Llego a la terminal y habia una cola de mas de una hora y llamando me dicen que debo esperar y cuando me atiendan me diran si tienen coche o no para mi. Atencion y gestion nefasta ante estas circunstancias. NO volvere a alquilar nunca mas un coche con ustedes y todas las semanas tengo que alquilar porque me muevo mucho entre islas. Finalmente alquile con Autoreisen siendo todo perfecto. Gracias y saludos.

No entiendo que esto ocurra y nadie se responsabilice.

We rented a car with Cabrera Medina because they assured us of a rear-facing seat with isofix. When we arrive they tell us that there is none. They give us one in favor of driving and without isofix. They dont even install it. As we claimed, a rear-facing chair suddenly appeared, magically. We install the chair, but the child is very loose. They should deliver the chairs with the corresponding adapters. Safety is paramount. Furthermore, they gave us a dirty car. We will not rent with Cabrera Medina again when we come to the island on another occasion.

I booked a small car in October 2023. I got a Susuki Vitara. I asked if it would still be possible to exchange it. The employees didnt seem to care about my concerns. This wouldnt work, even though there were still small cars there. The Suzuki was not really clean and dirty inside. The windshield washer fluid was empty and not refilled. The tire pressure was not checked and the warning light was on. After leaving the underground car park, I had to go straight to the gas station anyway because the rental car had been handed over as a reserve. After asking, I was told succinctly that there was a gas station upstairs. You get there after your flight and then something like that? And have to take care of the vehicle immediately. FUELING, tire pressure and washer fluid. Booked a rental car twice on Lanzarote, great service. But the branch on Gran Canaria was a failure. Bad service

Man kommt nach dem Flug dort an und dann sowas? Und muss sich sofort um das Fahrzeug kummern. TANKEN, Reifendruck und Wischwasser. Auf Lanzarote 2x Miewagen gebucht , super Service. Aber die Niederlassung auf Gran Canaria war der Reinfall. Schlechter Service

I have to say that I have been a Cabrera Medina/ Cicar user for a few years now every time I go to the Canary Islands. And I usually rent the basic range. And the penultimate time, with a Fiat 500, the car had a few things, but hey, it wasnt bad given the cost and the service. But this last time with Cabrera Medina and another Fiat 500 with registration 4102KTT I think we are going too far. 95,000 km, a warning light appears on the dashboard whenever it wants, the front seats are burned, the steering wheel is eaten, the right rearview mirror cannot be adjusted, the belt buckle falls off, the engine noise is like that of a lawn mower that people dont like. I looked (it hasnt failed, its true), its missing some exterior trim, its missing the antenna, the windshield wipers dont clean and I think thats more or less all. The prices in Cabrera Medina are very good, but I think the condition is not suitable for a rental car. The staff is good as always but if this is going to be the dynamic it might be better to pay more and go to the competition.

Los precios en Cabrera Medina estan muy bien, pero creo que el estado no es adecuado para un coche de alquiler. El personal bien como siempre pero si esta va a ser la dinamica a lo mejor es mejor pagar mas e irme a la competencia.

Cabrera medinas Las Palmas. We rented a Fiat 500, and when we arrived they gave us an open Moka, the reservation was made a week before, but when we arrived, they gave us another one, and when we complained they gave us another one.
