Siempre perfecto y sin problemas. La unica pega que puedo poner son los horarios restringidos, me gustaria que se adaptaran al menos a las llegadas del AVE. Por lo demas, un servicio IMPECABLE. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Vergonzoso, alquile un coche 9 plazas y al ir a recogerlo me dice que no dispone de ningun coche de 9 plazas y me lo cambiaban por uno de 5 plazas siendo nosotros 7 pasajeros. No nos dieron solucion alguna

Recomendado totalmente. Tuvimos un problema con otra compania de alquiler y movieron cielo y tierra para conseguirnos un vehiculo. La chica del mostrador muy resolutiva y simpatica.

Bonjour Prise du vehicule dans l'agence Europcar estacio del camp de Tarragona, une dame nous a servi et qui n'etais pas tres aimable et desagreable avec le client, elle ma meme refuse mon passeport soit disant perime au 03/04/2023 alors que les accords de l union europeenne dont l'Espagne a signe le traite dit qu'il est valable moins de 5 ans apres ca date de validite dans l'espace Schengen je pense qu' il faut qu'elle change de metier, LE CONTACT AVEC LE CLIENT N'EST PAS FAIT POUR ELLE. Agence choisie par l'assistance. Par contre le retour du vehicule a l'agence du marechal Leclerc a Luisant rien n'a dire c'etait plus que parfait LA DIRECTRICE de l'agence agreable souriante on a passe un excellent moment.

Reserve a traves de la aplicacion de viajes de mi empresa. Al darme cuenta de que la agencia no disponia de coches automaticos, llame para preguntar si habia alguna posibilidad de alquilar uno. Me indicaron que, aunque en la plataforma no aparecia la opcion, debia solicitar un segmento de coche y en las observaciones indicar "coche automatico", de este modo me asegurarian un coche automatico. Cual fue mi sorpresa cuando al ir a recoger el coche me dicen, con un tono de voz de " no molestes, tengo prisa y no me interesa tu problema ", que el coche que me han asignado es manual y que no hay otra opcion, y que el problema es de mi empresa. No puedo creer lo que escucho: que Europcar no disponga de coches automaticos es problema de mi empresa y no de la empresa de alquiler. A pesar de haber llamado para corroborar la posibilidad y haber recibido garantias de que me asignarian un coche automatico, me entregan un coche que no se conducir.
