They are thiefs. I get lost and arrive late to pick-up the car. They told me that after two hours they cancel the reservation. I arrived 2h and 15min after. On site, the guy was antipathetic and just kept repeating it was over. He confirm me that they will reimburse me. But until now I did not get my money back. My complaint on their website has remained after two weeks unanswered. Do not book a car their. I will never again rent a car with this company.
Worst enterprise I have visited and very bad rude staff. Went to Spain for holiday for unforeseen circumstances I was 90min late from reservation time to collect car and the rude guy at the desk said reservation is cancelled automatically after an hour of reservation time. Didn't try to help me in anyway and what he stated about cancellation was an absolute LIE I would give this 0 stars but it not available. As stated on enterprise website A vehicle will be held for 2 hours after the specified pick up time. After this time we cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be available upon your arrival. He said the money I've prepaid would be refunded back in my account in 48 hours I had booked this car weeks in advance and it's been a week and still not received my money back. I've rented off enterprise for years never experienced nothing like this. Messed the whole vacation up.
WORST car rental experience I have ever had in my life. I tried not once but twice to rent a car with this Enterprise branch, both times paying the car in advance online and booking an automatic car. The first time I showed up 1 hour late (my fault) and they told me that the car I had already paid for was given to someone else and they had no other cars available for the weekend. They refused to reimburse me as I showed up late, even though I had paid for the car for three days. After spending hours on the phone, I managed to make another rental reservation in lieu of losing the original money paid. I showed up two hours before the designated collection time and was told again that they had no cars available. The best they could do was offer me a stick shift mover's truck. Ridiculous. This time they did offer to reimburse me but I am still waiting for the money. If you are looking for a car rental service in Tarragona, I recommend Sixt on Rambla Nova. This Enterprise branch is unprofessional, unprepared, and frankly unpleasant. Save yourself a headache. Don't bother.
As many other reviews have indicated, the manager of this branch is horrendous. The young staff members were friendly and professional. We'd booked a car and 2 car seats in advance through the Enterprise employee scheme. We took a bus journey to this industrial estate, and at first it was fine. The younger man showed us the car and explained everything to us. Then we went back in the office, and the "manager" said they couldn't provide the car seats we'd pre-ordered. No apologies, no professionalism, just rude and dismissive. He then faked a call to the Reus branch after we insisted and said they couldn't provide them either. We then went to the Reus branch, which handled everything for us and restored our faith in the Enterprise brand. I have no idea how this "manager" has managed to keep his job for so long, especially with the amount of bad reviews regarding him. He's tarnishing the brand in every way. I suspect he's not a fan of tourists.
MIGUEL ANGEL. Name and Shame The useless front desk guy. We hired a van a week ago. I went to the office 2 hours prior the booking to ensure everything was ok. They told me to wait until the van arrives at 4:30. I went back then and they told me to keep waiting as the van wasn't still there. I asked them if they did contact the driver to make sure there was not delay with the booking. Then at 5pm they decided to give him a call, and they found out that they were 2 hours away from Tarragona. I asked them how was that possible and possible solutions for us, and they told me no alternative sorry. The manners of the guy, were out of professionalism. So Enterprise, please ensure to review his role as he definitely not capable to be at the front desk One less corporate client from now on
I had a disappointing experience when I went to pick up my hired car. The manager or person in charge was rude and didn't even greet me. Instead, he told me that my colleague would assist me. I completed the necessary paperwork and requested a petrol or diesel car, as I had planned a long journey and found electric cars inconvenient. The manager intervened and insisted that I take the electric car, telling me not to waste his time if I didn't want it. I explained that I had already paid and booked my car, so I requested a cancellation. He informed me that it would take 3 to 5 days to process the cancellation and 15 days to receive a refund. To make matters worse, he asked my family, including my wife and two young kids, to leave. My wife was understandably furious and confronted him about his disrespectful behavior. He unapologetically replied that he was just like that and told us to leave the premises if we didn't like it. We were excited to visit Barcelona and had made all the necessary preparations. However, we found ourselves in the middle of an industrial area with no idea where to go or what to do. This experience made me question the culture of Enterprise and whether this is how they train their staff to interact with clients.
I suppose to pay only EUR105, but instead I have paid EUR155. They promised me to contact me for overcharge, but nobody did. They don't answer their phone anymore. They charge me EUR49 for nothing. Taking money from people for nothing. That's stealing!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I rented a car over 50 days ago and I dropped off at this location and 5 hours before the time and I just got notification they charged me 27 dollars. I got so upset with them for charging me for no reason. I'm pretty sure, I'm not first one charge the credit cards once a while
