The service was personal and friendly. Eloi was happy to collect me from my flat in Tarragona at the start of the rental, and drive me back at the end. The car was in good condition, with really useful add-ons such as adaptive cruise control and reversing camera. It was spotless when I collected it. There was no hard selling. In fact, Eloi suggested removing the child seats that I had booked because the car had integrated child booster seats (a fantastic idea). I was very impressed with the overall experience and do not hesitate to recommend.

It was an amazing experience. We have booked a car from Hungary and they came to Pick us up at the Hotel and also took us back. The car was amazing and the service also. Went to rent a car on the spot as other rental company wouldn't provide the ordered vehicle. The baycar provided a fairly new (23xxx km on the dash) Seat Leon with a baby chair. The price for the vehicle was better than expected and the extra (baby seat) cost 50 euros less than other rental company one. I was greatly surprised by the competence and the speed at which the baycar provided all the things necessary for travelling. I recommend baycar rental services and would definitely use it again if I have the chance in the future.

Great customer experience. Very easy and convenient to reserve the car via whatsapp, flexibility with the pick up and drop up times. Premium cars at good prices, no extra charges for the child seat and we even got an upgrade. Will definitely rent a car again. Highly recommended
