I will explain throughout this review. The people at the office (face to face) are very nice and kind, searching to get a positive review (they verbally told me that which in essence is very unprofessional) I rented twice with Avis/Budget. First time was a little bit over 4 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a refund at all yet. They kept charging my partner for things they did not bother to explain. They don't reply unless it's beneficial to the actual workers at the office. Not by phone, not by whatsapp, not by email. When you need support be ready to get the worst you could possibly get and i do work on iT support environments to tell the difference between decent and horrible. Considering the area they should be expected a level of English decent enough as to communicate with customers properly. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I feel unattended, I feel as they "stole" our money and above all, I feel the urge to stress people to consider other renting businesses.

Strange, but my January's 2024 comment seems to disappear, so with pleasure, I repeat. The software at the website makes some mistakes, but fortunately, Darif is here in office. He is professional and proactive, explained all issues, is deeply involved in what you need, and of great support. Proposed the options, and for just a small extra charge, he organised a reservation of the best comfort. Thanks, AVIS and thanks Darif!

Careful, when returning the car, make sure that you keep an eye in the car to ensure there is no damage... when returning the car and after an inspection in there, It was said everything was OK, later I received an invoice of 300 euros of damage.

I am so thankful to the lady in this Avis office on the 31st August 2019. I had a very serious problem and she was extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating. Nice to see the highest standards of customer care still exist. Thank you.
