Terrible experience with Jurecar. I ordered one of there top cars (Megane cabriolet) for one day at a cost of EUR120. Expensive I thought, but worth it for a prestige cabriolet experience. I was instantly disappointed when collecting the car. It was old, scratched, dented and dirty. As we were on a tight schedule I didn't complain and took the car for the day. Once away I noticed it drove really poorly, rattling and weak brakes. The odometer read 122,000!! All hire cars I've had before are usually quite new. This was seriously old for a prestige hire car. We drove for the day feeling dissatisfied but the worst came at night time. We wanted to drive up the mountain to do some star gazing but discovered the right headlight dud not work at all and the left was weak. It wasn't safe to drive unless there was street lighting so star gazing was cancelled. I complained to Jurecar about the condition and safety of the car they supplied but they insisted the car was fit for purpose and refused any compensation. I would steer clear of this company, unless you thoroughly check the car before getting your credit card out.

We had a very good experience with this office . The lady was very kind. She explained patiently and was generous with pickup and drop off times. She even came to the office on her free day for us . (sunday) Also she gave us one children seat for free. We got the Renault clio which looked clean and worked well. As bonus you get one entree ticket to aqualand or palmitos park for free if you rent her (worth 33EUR). Can recomend this rental place!

The cheapest renting in Gran Canaria. We got new clio, only 300 km. Good emplooyes. Price without extras or taxes. You pay 150EUR for 5 days and that it. No extras. Free milage. We rented at city Maspalomas.

I do not recommend this company. The car we got Renault Megane Cabrio was dirty inside, a ton of dust, and it was not technically efficient. You get a quarter of fuel in the tank so you lose if you return car with more fuel. EUR 225 for 3 days is a bit too expensive.

The worst rental car we have experienced. Really bad service. We had ordered a car with a child seat. Where after 1.5 hours of trying to install the seat we find out that it is broken. When we get hold of the jurcar, it is suspected that the seat is not broken and the subsequent service is lousy. We have to negotiate to get more time so that we dont have to compensate ourselves for the lost time when we havent been able to use the car. The day after the car is to be picked up at the hotel, they dont come at the agreed time and we therefore have to spend a long time sitting and waiting for us to get the car back. We try to call the company, which is in vain. The worst recommendations from here

Hvor vi efter 1,5 time forsog pa at installere saedet finder ud af at det er gaet i stykker. Da vi far fat pa jurcar mistaenkes der at saedet ikke er I stykker samt den efterfolgende service er elendig. Vi skal forhandle om at fa mere tid saledes vi ikke selv skal kompensere for den mistede tid, hvor vi ikke har kunne bruge bilen. Dagen efter hvor bilen skal afhentes ved hotellet, kommer de ikke til aftalt tid og vi ma derfor bruge lang tid pa at sidde og vente pa at vi kan fa afl bilen retur. On the other hand, we had reserved AND PAID in advance in all inclusive with CDW insurance and when the vehicle was handed over we were FORCED to take out additional insurance again, otherwise they would refuse to give us the vehicle for which we had already paid for the rental with the complementary CDW insurance...and all this while we also had the coverage of our high-end card. Auto was goed. Wij hadden er een kinderstoeltje bij gehuurd. Deze leek uit het grof vuil te komen. Asociaal dat ze daar een kind in durven te laten vervoeren. Hij lag ook nog eens los in de auto, moesten zelf maar uitzoeken hoe deze vast gemaakt moest worden. De verhuurder was ondertussen al snel vertrokken. Affordable price but horrible hours and service. They gave me the car at 11 and it was returned at 9 at night. The lost morning. The car was very good. A fairly new Ford focus. We had comprehensive insurance but it was a scam. I parked in the dunes and the car got stuck. Nobody warned me and there were no signs. In fact there were more cars. I called the phone number they gave for possible problems and the friend Jose scolded me, he told me that I couldnt get in because it wasnt asphalt and that he would find my life and call a tow truck on my own that would cost me 500 and that it wouldnt broke the underside of the car. In fact, I solved it myself and the car was perfect, but he was unpleasant and was of no use to me.

Llame al telefono que dieron para posibles problemas y el amigo Jose me echo la bronca, me dijo que no entraba porque no era asfalto y que me buscara la vida y llamara a una grua por mi cuenta que me costaria 500 y que no rompiera los bajos del coche. I just delivered the car to their office in Fuerteventura, Caleta de Fuste and they have a fuel return clause where you have to return it anyway and if you miss it they wont refund it, which is detrimental to the customer. It is legal, but the full tank clause is the easiest and simplest. The rest is ugly to say the least. They also did not bill me for periods as stated in their 24-hour contract. Instead, I rented it at 12 noon and had to return it at 9 a.m. The car was correct and the delivery and return were fast. In summary I DO NOT recommend it, there are many rental houses to endure clauses or unfavorable treatment for the client.

Acabo de entregar el coche en su oficina de Fuerteventura, Caleta de Fuste y tienen clausula de devolucion de combustible donde tienes que devolverlo igual y si te pasas no te lo reembolsan, lo cual es perjudicial para el cliente. Es legal, pero la clausula de deposito lleno es la mas facil y sencilla. Lo demas esta feo por no decir otra cosa. Tampoco me lo facturaron por periodos como consta en su contrato de 24 horas. Sino que lo alquile a las 12h y lo tuve que devolver a las 9h. El coche estaba correcto y la entrega y devolucion fueron rapidas. En resumen NO lo recomiendo, hay muchas casas de alquiler para andar aguantando clausulas o tratos desfavorables para el cliente.

We rented a Ford Fiesta for 6 days in September 2018 at the Monte Feliz office, Gran Canaria. Cheaper than at the hotel. Pleasant and very professional treatment from the salesperson (he attended to us on Sunday, and was very reasonable about the rental starting on Monday (since we had already lost the day, since they didnt give us the room until 3 p.m.), without trying to sneak in one day more rent that we were not going to take advantage of). Price without surprises, with comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage (we put about 600 km on it). No extras for including my partner as an alternative driver (something other companies in the area charge separately). They delivered it to us with a full tank and we returned it the same. Without extra payments that were not in the initial rates. Vehicle with less than 40,000 km in very good condition. The only disadvantage is that they do not have a trunk tray (to avoid theft..., they say) and you cannot stop anywhere leaving packages (in our case backpacks, since we were going trekking). I have good experience with Cicar in Tenerife, but since we do not have an office in this town (but 10 km away), we chose Jurecar, and we do not regret it. I would recommend it without a doubt. Other companies in the area did not speak to us in a good tone when they verified that we were Spanish... perhaps it is easier for foreigners to deceive them...

Trato agradable y muy profesional del comercial (nos atendio el domingo, y fue muy razonable en que el alquiler empezase el lunes (pues ya habiamos perdido el dia, ya que hasta las 15 h no nos daban la habitacion), sin intentar colarnos un dia mas de alquiler que no ibamos a aprovechar). Precio sin sorpresas, con seguro a todo riesgo y kilometraje ilimitado (le metimos unos 600 km). Sin extras por incluir a mi pareja como conductor alternativo (cosa que otras companias de la zona cobran aparte). Nos lo entregaron con el deposito lleno y lo devolvimos igual.. Sin pagos extras que no estuviesen en las tarifas iniciales. Vehiculo con menos de 40.000 km en muy buen estado. La unica desventaja es que no llevan la bandeja del maletero (para evitar robos..., dicen) y no puedes parar en ningun lado dejando bultos (en nuestro caso mochilas , pues ibamos a hacer Trekking). Tengo buena experiencia con Cicar en Tenerife, pero al no tener oficina en esta localidad ( sino a 10 km), escogimos a Jurecar, y no nos arrepentimos. Lo recomendaria sin ninguna duda. Otras empresas de la zona no nos hablaron de buen tono al comprobar que eramos espanoles... quiza a los extranjeros les es mas facil enganarlos...
