La experiencia con Europcar ha sido nefasta, no volvere a alquilar un coche con ellos y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Desde el minuto uno se les ve la intencion de estafarte, nunca me habia pasado que tuviera que contratar hasta dos seguros para evitar problemas. No me han devuelto el dinero de la fianza, no se todavia el motivo despues de una semana, el senor que vio conmigo el coche me dijo que todo estaba bien. Aparte me han cobrado dos veces la misma factura y no hay forma de contacrar con ellos. El trato es malisimo, las practicas para quedarse con tu fianza son abusivas e ilegales. !POR FAVOR LES RECOMIENDO QUE BUSQUEN OTRO SITIO MAS PROFESIONAL Y HUMANO DONDE ALQUILAR UN COCHE! P. D: El dinero se gana trabajando no robando.

En principio el dependiente servicial pero no informa completo , nos dio las llaves sin salir con nosotros a entregarnos el coche ,y ver algun detalle , no era el coche q alquilamos tenia un abollon pero como era urgente no pude hacer nada , al entregar fue feriado deje afuera y llaves en el buzon ,me han cobrado un dia entero de mas y otro dia de seguro , llamo y mal atendido encima me dicen q no les haga perder el tiempo el tipo super prepotente . Deberian cerrar o contratar personal nuevo ni para ponerles una estrella

Mucho ojo al devolver la furgo. Pedir tiket de gasoleo cuando lo llenais porque sino intentaran haceros la 12-13 y diran que falta gasoleo y que no esta lleno y hasta es posible que os pidan pasta por la diferencia que ya sabeis a que bolsillo ira. Creo que intentan sacarse algunos euros extras a costa de los clientes que no tienen mucha experiencia en esto de los alquileres. Yo me escape por los pelos porque pedi el tiket del gasoleo de la gasolinera de al lado. Creo personalmente que son unos sinverguenzas los dos que estan alli. No les he denunciado porque no quiero perder tiempo de mis vacaciones con esa gente.

Atencion pesima. Siguen abiertos porque en Talavera hay solo 2 agencias de alquiler y se aprovechan de ello. No tienen ni idea de tratar a la gente. Fui a devolver el coche y lo deje en la puerta donde habia una senal de reservado porque no hay aparcamiento a 500 m a la redonda. El tipo calvo de barba, chulo y maleducado me dijo que si la multa la iba a pagar yo. Deberian tener parking o aparcar ellos el coche y no molestar al cliente
Terrible attention. They are still open because in Talavera there are only 2 rental agencies and they take advantage of that. They have no idea how to treat people. I went to return the car and left it at the door where there was a reserved sign because there is no parking within 500 meters. The bald guy with a beard, cocky and rude, told me that I was going to pay the fine. They should have parking or park the car themselves and not bother the customer
El empleado de Europcar de talavera de la reina ,Tine una atencion pesima y descortes y poco amigable llegando a decirme que le pida perdon por unos cuantos pelos que habian de mi perra ahi llegandome a decir que si no le pido perdon me pondra limpieza especial y efectivamente como no cai en sus provocaciones m llego una factura de 121EUR ,exigo que se devuelva mi dinero ,esto es un robo descarado he escrito a la empresa he ajuntado fotos y no me responde .Yo me retirare d la empresa no deseo que individuos como ese me atiendan y encima no me devuelvan mi dinero ,esto es vergonzoso y descarado. We live in the area from Ireland. Rented from here previously with no issue. This time the client service rep charged us for full insurance which I never get as I have my own third party insurance. He said his name is Nacho when asked his name, as I and furious that for 4 days the rental cost me EUR200. The car was newish but in terrible condition Kia Rio in white to be presise. Total deception from Nacho, we asked him the total and he put into the calculator EUR143 so I said ok. When I dropped the car back and expressed how I was ripped off I was given the hard shoulder by staff and smirked at. Will never use this branch again. Very bad service they stand over at parts and ignore you until you ask for assistance. Just down right ignorant and deception. Expats stay away from them. Enterprise is just up the road from them I never have issues with them.
