Excelente trato el recibido por Fany...debido a un problema con la furgoneta que habia alquilado me proporcionaron una de mayor tamano que no me servia. Pues Fany se fue a Madrid a buscarme una para esa misma tarde. Se lo agradezco mucho! Y encima todo esto con una sonrisa y muy buen trato. Gracias! Seguire trabajando con vosotros cuando lo necesite.

Mucho cuidado con la politica de la empresa en cuanto a reservas. Yo reserve el lunes fisicamente en el concesionario, y me dieron para el miercoles a las 11h. Estoy alli puntualmente y me dicen que no tienen nada disponible. Que llame otro dia. Se conoce que paso alguien antes que la necesitaba y se la dieron, sin mas. Les he puesto una reclamacion en consumo. Su escusa es que como no toman ningun dinero en la reserva, no estan obligados a nada. ?Y el perjuicio que te hacen? Les he reclamado el precio que me dieron por el alquiler de la furgoneta y animo a los que se sientan estafados, a que hagan lo mismo.
Be very careful with the company's policy regarding reservations. I physically booked Monday at the dealership, and they gave me a reservation for Wednesday at 11 a.m. I'm there punctually and they tell me they don't have anything available. Let me call another day. It is known that someone passed by before who needed it and they gave it to them, without further ado. I have filed a consumer complaint with them. Their excuse is that since they don't take any money in the reserve, they aren't obligated to anything. And the damage they do to you? I have complained to them about the price they gave me for renting the van and I encourage those who feel cheated to do the same.
Muy buena opcion . Alquile un coche en Cadiz ocho dias y lo deje en la sucursal de Talavera. Buena experiencia, trato y amabilidad.

I had a terrible experience renting a car for the weekend. Despite paying for the most expensive offered insurance, they refused to refund the deposit, citing that an accidental flat tire isn't covered. It's absurd that the best insurance they offer doesn't cover basic incidents like this. I wouldn't recommend this rental service to anyone.
Parece barato pero se quedaron con 200 euros de fianza sin causa justificada, por lo que no lo recomiendo, es un TIMO! A pesar de pagar 80 euros adicionales de un seguro a todo riesgo. Una verguenza.
It seems cheap but they kept a 200 euro deposit without just cause, so I don't recommend it, it's a SCAM! Despite paying an additional 80 euros for comprehensive insurance. A shame.
Una muy buena experiencia ,Fanny y Eduardo son dos muy buenos profesionales la furgoneta estaba muy limpia practicamente nueva y ademas a un precio inmejorable. No dudare en acudir nuevamente a alquilar en esta oficina cuando necesite de sus servicios.
