I cannot recommend My Irish Cousin more! Everything from booking to drop off went smoothly and everyone I spoke with at MIC was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I had received some concern from friends and family when I said my spouse and I would be driving across Ireland ("The roads are so narrow and windy!") so we wanted to be sure we chose the most comprehensive full coverage option. And it's a good thing we did! Although some of the roads were narrow and windy, it was a bollard pole on a downtown street in Wicklow that got us into a minor accident (no one was hurt, but couldn't drive the car any further). Fortunately, we could call roadside assistance and got everything sorted quickly and easily. I was quite shaken up and Eoin at MIC took care of everything and made me feel so much better. He was much more concerned with my wellbeing than the state of the car, he kept in touch diligently as an AA tow truck was called, and he informed us that our cab back to our hotel would be covered. Eoin assisted us with getting a replacement car the next morning and we were back on the road in no time. The rest of our trip went perfectly after our parking snafu, in large part to Eoin, Cousin Malachy, and MIC. Le buiochas!!

The best company! Friendly, responsive, accommodating, and just plain awesome. I added days and was able to do so via email, no issues. My daughter's plane was canceled into Dublin, and they expertly arranged for me to pick car up at Shannon. Cannot say enough great things about Irish Cousins! I would definitely use My Irish Cousin again! Everything was seamless from booking to picking up to dropping off. Everyone was so friendly. We drove all over Ireland the the vehicle provided was perfect! Lots of trunk room for our luggage. I loved that the toll device was all ready in the vehicle, the insurance was included and second driver included at no extra cost. That's one thing I really loved the most is the very reasonable price of the vehicle with everything you need included! No sneaky fees like we see all the time with other companies. Definitely a 5 star experience!

My Irish Cousin was wonderful to work with. We picked up our rental at an Enterprise on the outskirts of Dublin as we were heading out for our next leg. We were told that our car was upgraded to a slightly bigger SUV (a Peugeot 5008) because the one reserved for us hadn't been returned yet. I was a little nervous about a bigger SUV on the tiny little roads but I also knew that we could basically turn in just the keys and a steering wheel and we would be covered. My bestie and I switched off driving, as an additional driver is included too. We affectionately named our car "Fookin Chuckeh" as it was a common expletive we used on the tiny roads of Ireland. Fookin Chuckeh did great though and we did not incur any damage. We booked about 6 months or so in advance and we paid EUR939 for a week, plus an additional EUR80 for the fuel fill-up upon return (and we were very close to empty). We did not have a hybrid, which concerned me because gas is expensive over there, but I don't think we really needed it - we only stopped once to add a sip of gas (EUR20) to FC towards the end of our adventure. We returned Chuckeh at Shannon Airport and it couldn't have been easier - Enterprise even shuttled us over to the terminal. We had a great trip and My Irish Cousin played a large part in that with the top-notch service they provide.

My Irish Cousin made the car rental so easy it felt like I had a real cousin helping us out. The gave suggestions to make the rental easier ( where and when to pick up and return, what type of vehicle ( we did an automatic). I loved that I knew we had full bumper to bumper coverage and didn't have to make any further decisions about that. The car was great. Just what I wanted. I asked for a "large SUV" and while not as big as what I usually drive, it was larger than the tiny cars that many people drive there. I prefer some head clearance and leg room for my 6'4" husband. No problems driving even the tiny roads. The car was easy to pick up and easier to return. I highly recommend My Irish Cousin!

Easy, most reasonable and all inclusive car rental. It was a seamless experience and you feel very secure throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend using My Irish Cousin for your car rental while in Ireland. They were incredible from start to finish and even checked on us to make sure we were doing ok during our trip. Don't use any other company! Complete and total peace of mind!
