Absolutely wonderful experience, we rented a car for two days as we wanted to explore the island and I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Really friendly, efficient and trustworthy. They delivered the car to our hotel and picked it up as well! If you're looking to rent a car in Menorca, definitely go with Kai'sa.
Son super amables. Te dan todas las facilidades del mundo segun tus circunstancias de viaje. A nosotros nos facilitaron un coche para ir hasta Ciutdadella desde el aeropuerto e ir a recoger la moto que alquilamos. El precio es bastante competitivo. Para devolver la moto tambien nos dieron todas las facilidades. Se nota cuando las cosas se hacen con gusto y detalle. Los recomiendo muchisimo.
They are super friendly. They give you all the facilities in the world according to your travel circumstances. They provided us with a car to go to Ciutdadella from the airport and pick up the motorcycle we rented. The price is quite competitive. To return the motorcycle they also gave us all the facilities. It shows when things are done with taste and detail. I highly recommend them.
Amazing service!!! We were hesitant on renting a car because every car rental place had high deposits and high prices if you don't have a credit card. We found this place on google maps and I literally thought it was too good to be true. They take credit card/debit card or cash. We booked our car the night before and it was delivered to us the next morning in our hotel. SO HANDY! its a family business and they are so kind! Super easy procedure no hassle at all. Very impressed as I never experienced this kind of service. We only had to fill up the tank when we returned the car as our deposit, absolutely amazing! After we were able to just hand over our keys in our hotel room and the owners collected the car themselves. Again SO HANDY! 100% recommend this rental car service
Einfache Buchung, preislich sehr gut und das Auto war in einem super Zustand. Sogar mit Bringservice des Wagens zum Hotel und problemlose Ruckgabe - wir konnten den Wagen einfach vor unserem Hotel wieder parken und den Schlussel bei der Rezeption hinterlegen. Perfekt, jederzeit gerne wieder!
Easy booking, very good price and the car was in great condition. Even with the car being delivered to the hotel and returned without any problems - we were able to simply park the car in front of our hotel and leave the key at reception. Perfect, would be happy again at any time!
Wir haben spontan ein Auto fur den nachsten und ubernachsten Tag online gebucht. Weniger Minuten spater wurden wir per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Der Wagen wurde zum Hotel gebracht, obwohl das garnicht notig gewesen ware. Die Ruckgabe erfolgte unkompliziert, wir haben den Schlussel einfach an der Rezeption abgegeben. Der Wagen war in Top Zustand. Der Preis war etwa die Halfte von international bekannten und etablierten Vermieten. Alles Top, gerne wieder.
We spontaneously booked a car online for the next day and the day after. A few minutes later we were contacted via WhatsApp. The car was brought to the hotel, even though that wasn't necessary. The return was uncomplicated, we simply left the key at the reception. The car was in top condition. The price was about half that of internationally known and established rental companies. Everything was great, gladly again.
