Tive problemas com a viatura alugada em Lisboa. Meu problema nao foi resolvido no local e me direcionou para Cascais, onde trocaram a viatura.
I had problems with the rental car in Lisbon. My problem was not resolved on the spot and they directed me to Cascais, where they changed the vehicle.
Vou ao site e nao conseguia reservar carro, dirigo me ao local e informam que estao sem carros. Se calhar atualizar o site seria bom, nao!? O atendimento neste servico e atroz, ao contrario do de Braga que e excelente.
I go to the website and I couldn't book a car, I go to the place and they inform me that they are out of cars. Maybe updating the website would be good, wouldn't it!? The service in this service is atrocious, unlike the one in Braga which is excellent.
I rented a lot of cars there. Very good prices, and always a category higher than payed. Very nice.
Staff speak no English. Queued for nearly an hour. Car was filthy dirty. A complete disgrace.

Terrible experience, no Europcar sign, nobody at the desk on arrival for 15 minutes, and I was then informed the car isn't even here (despite me arriving at the time of my booking), but to wait for the car to arrive. A different lady arrived delivering the car 30 minutes after the collection time, spoke very little English, was rude and inefficient. Then Europcar attempted to charge EUR1600 despite the rental prepaid (for around EUR600 total), explained this and informed that's what they show on their system and if I want the car I must pay it. I continued to insist and show the booking email, I asked her to restart her system which seemed to resolve the issue and show that I had paid. Following this, the lady that spoke little English then failed to mark the damages on the car, I informed her this and she then noted them. Europcar customer services was not helpful on the phone when called after, informed to make a complaint to the local branch. I would avoid this company / this branch if possible and go for a more dependable rental company. One of our worst ever rental experiences.
