I have been using Sixt rentals for years and they have lived to their service and standards. The staff were very welcoming, quick customer recognition, explained all the details promptly and had a very fast pick up and drop. I have found Sixt best value for money and service and product options.
I gave this rating because the service I received was genuinely excellent. The team was quick and efficient, handling everything smoothly and without delay. I also found everyone I interacted with to be very friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. The balance of speed and personable service left a great impression, which is why I rated it so highly.

I've been renting cars for years. Most times I worry I'll get scammed, get charges that are unreasonable and unfair, given cars that are old and dirty. To be fair most car rental companies do a decent job. But the latest rental with sixt was simply amazing. The instructions given to pick up your car and return it at the end were very clear. The process made me feel very comfortable and safe. The car was very clean and new as it had only 6200km on it. I bought comprehensive insurance. Sixt settled my final bill the next day! Deposit returned! All done... I'll definitely look at sixt the next time. The only thing I'm not sure is if very sixt is as efficient as this one in Seville, Spain.. I'll soon find out.
Car was ready on time and given a car choice within the same tariiff. Lady was very friendly and her up-sell (which I guess is part of the job) was professional and not too pushy. No hidden charges, time extended free of charge and no One way fee to drop off at the airport.
Excellent service and experience. Special thanks to Laura who was very welcoming and went above and beyond in helping us choose the vehicle with our large luggage and two little toddler. I could not expect anything more. Laura also helped us with directions and instruction on return to Madrid airport. Great location and pleasant experience.
The system was down when we visited. We waited almost an hour so that all the formalities were done. They'll need your passport/national ID , driving license and ,Debit/ Credit card. They didn't accept cash payment. I didn't receive any mail confirmation, no notification that the car was rented by me. Strange! I gave all of my details and i never received anything related to that event. It's better if you check your car immediately after you take out of the parking. Check for the scratches or something else? They say the car has insurance for EVERYTHING! Still they'll take 300 euros as a deposit. It's comfortable to leave the car whenever you can within 24 hours but i was holding my heart all the time when we drove because if something had happened i wouldn't get help because i didn't have any confirmation from the company that the car was rented with insurance for everything!
Rented in Granada and returned to Seville. No hassles. Drop off was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. All good!
