Last time I'm using SIXT as a rental service, I've had a flight from Stansted to Faro airport, unfortunately of the severe weather we were redirected to Seville, as I had a booking made at faro airport I explained the lady at the counter the issue that I was going trough, as soon as she seen that the booking was made through the booking app she absolutely refused to help with anything!!!
The Lady at the pick up point was outstanding. She helped us to find the right vehicle to accommodate our 4 big and 2 trolleys + 4 Persons. The initial Q8 I reserved was suitable. But with here help we found the right vehicle. Without here we would have been lost.
Lucas helped me when the other company left my stranded without a vehicle. He got me the best deal possible at last minute and was even hesitant to want to charge me this much. I had no choice anyways so he called his supervisor and got me the vehicle I needed and the best rate possible.
Everything clear and fast! I really appreciate Monica's professional service. For a few euros more I upgraded my car and that made ozr trip more comfy.
First time using in Seville and the services quality are the same as in the other cities. Vehicle was as expected. Fast checkin and easy return. Vehicle condition are very good. The only one observation: the windshield cleanest from inside could be better.
Left stranded at 2am despite early call in advance to check if car would be available, as flight in was being delayed. Was given clear assurance from agent that desk would remain open but arrived to shuttered desk and no car. Was told on 'helpline' to wait until desk opened again in morning and was there anything else they could help me with! Warning to other travellers who may have late flights. Don't believe them if they offer assurance and make other arrangements in advance.
I had a mixed experience with this sixt location, but I am still giving it a 5 star. On my day of pickup, my selected car category (Peugeot 308 or equivalent) was not available. The man at the desk told me he will give me an Audi Q2 for just 20 euros more. What a deal, right ? Once he tells me to tap my credit card, I carefully reviewed the selection and I see a surcharge of 100 euros!!! He, at not one time, said it was 20 euros PER DAY extra. Following this I said no, and then he 'upgraded' me to an SUV a Citroen C3 aircross, base model. This car was so terrible especially since I was a solo traveler that I had to come back the next day. This is why I gave a 5 star review, because on the day, Lucas and Saria helped me out and exceeded my expectations. They were able to quickly return my terrible Citroen SUV and gave me an awesome Peugeot 308 manual, which was so much better than the Citroen!!! Thank you so much to Saria and Lucas!!!! This made my trip so much better :)
