Overall decent experience because we had a great time driving through Andalucia in the Citroen. Angel was friendly and speaks English very well so the pick up went well. But after 2 days the oil light came on because the engine oil was very low. The car wasn't serviced before pick up! We called them to agree a refund if we top up ourselves but they made a big deal out of it, requesting us to drive 1 hour to the nearest office to give this car back and take another one, considering this was all from our holiday time and we had everything planned and pre-booked. Finally, they agreed to let us top up the oil, we also had to top up the screen wash as there was basically none! They asked us to ask for invoice, all done and resolved! But they never refunded the costs for the oil as promised and this is almost a month after dropping off in Granada. Drop off was ok, deposit was unlocked. Too bad they damage their reputation with things like this. If they can't manage small issues like this I don't want to know how they deal with bigger issues. That's why I don't recommend, sorry!

Muy buena experiencia!! Todo funciono maravillosamente, pero, sobre todo, es de destacar el trato y la profesionalidad de Angel, nos explico todo con detalle, informandonos de los aspectos mas relevantes del contrato y que, a veces, por desconocimiento te pueden ocasionar problemas. Volveremos!!

Contratamos el coche de alquiler por telefono con un comercial de Madrid, que nos engano totalmente. Lo alquilabamos para 3 dias y devolverlo en Zaragoza, y cuando llegamos a recogerlo estaba hecho para 2 y los kilometros no nos daban ni para volver directamente a destino. El chico de Sevilla se tuvo que comer todo el marron. Se lo curro y logro arreglarnos el problema de forma satisfactoria. Aunque el coche que tenian disponible tenia muchos golpes y rasgunos. Como no habia otra cosa nos lo tuvimos que llevar. Cuando lo devolvimos en Zaragoza no nos pusieron ninguna pega. La valoracion negativa es por el comercial de Madrid, no por la delegacion de Sevilla, que como he dicho se lo curraron mucho.

Ich habe einen Strafzettel uber 50EUR erhalten der auf ein anderes Fahrzeug ausgestellt war, ein Citroen C3 . Ich habe einen Opel Astra ausgeliehen. Mir wurden die 50EUR von der Kaution abgezogen, bisher habe ich noch keine Antwort von der Firma erhalten .... Ich bin sehr enttauscht uber diese Abzocke!!!

Una experiencia un poco mala, el coche funciona bien y es comodo, pero hubo dos aspectos que nos crearon malestar. Cuando llegamos nos exigen tener tarjeta de credito para poder alquilar el coche, con la de debito tienes que pagar 20 euros mas para pagar un seguro, precio desmedido para un dia de alquiler. Ademas, a la entrega del coche fuimos con antelacion y nos hicieron esperar mas de media hora porque la responsable estaba en el banco... Esto provoco que nuestros planes no se pudiesen llevar a cabo como teniamos planeado, todo por falta de profesionalidad.

Rented a car for 7 days. Pick-up was perfect; didn't speak english but we managed well. We had some damage, caused by someone else but they didn't put a note. This was totally covered by the insurace. Make sure you get Total Plus package. Got a ride to the airport

We rented a small car from them for about a week. We waited for a while to pick up the car because they didn't have people available, once we did get service the woman was very nice. Other than that the car was fine and the return process was pretty seamless. No one there really speaks English, so come with google translate at hand.
