[Good, but be careful] The payment went through smoothly, and the refund was processed within a week. However, customers need to pay attention to a few things. 1. I paid the full amount on the Record Go website and cancelled because I found a cheaper deal on another rental car comparison site. However, the refund didn't go through for 2-3 months, and when I contacted them twice, they told me they had some system error, and the card company processed the refund. 2. The staff was super friendly and explained contract well. However, the car was dirty, and there were quite heavy damages not written on the form. As you can see from the photo, the bonnet was completely bent, the side was damaged, and the real trunk had a hole (..!!). Also, because of these damages, there was significant rattling during the driving. But in the contract, the real hole was only damage reported in this car. if I didn't take these photos, I would be charged. 3. Child car seat rent price was expensive then the price written on the website. * In short, take photos a lot before you leave the site!

Terrible service. Rude, racist, and unhelpful. Refused my Amex for the car deposit and made no effort to offer a solution. To top it off, they called me "Latina" behind my back. Proud my Spanish fooled them--I'm actually Hungarian. Avoid this place!

Rented a car for two days in Seville. Car pick up and drop off was very easy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were the best. I purchased the all inclusive insurance which gives you peace of mind and waives the EUR1,200 deposit that you need to provide when picking up your car. Make sure to book through Record Go directly to get good deals on car and insurance.

Fast and convenient service. We have got clean good, new car ( toyota CHR 2024 year with 11000 kilometers only). We left a deposit for a full tank. It was returned to us the next day after returning the car. We have driven a bit more than 1000 km. Before returning the car, we vacuum cleaned it and fueled the full tank. Everything was great! Recommend this car sharing!

Poor company - ordered a car for 12pm pick-up (same day return), car was not ready until 1pm. Nobody told me of the delay, and could not make a cancellation. My trip was delayed. They did not even offer me compensation for the delay. Would not recommend.

Customer Service was excellent. The car we rented (category D - "Citroen C3 Aircross or similar") was a DR brand (first time I heard of it) - an Italian-wannabe Chinese car - this was absolutely the worst car I have ever rented: no power, not good grip, horrible suspension and shaky for the rear passengers - at the end the Engine Light was on and the car was shaking at 80Km/h. Fortunately we were close to the rental office in Malaga where they gave us another (non-DR) car.

Avoid at all cost! Customer service = 0 Very rude staff who dont really care about you Was advise by their "manager" to park the car in front of their office and leave my stuff in the car until I go refuel the tank for literally 1 lire of gas and came back in 30 minutes saw the car is robbed! Now who's the suspect? Think twice! Biggest scam Ive ever seen.

We rented a Ford Kuga for 9 days. The car was almost new and was really well equiped. The staff was really polite and helpful and there were no hidden costs. The full tank needs to be paid in advance and once you bring it back full, you get the money back. In our case it took a day. We opted for the Total Comfort package, with full insurance, all we did was to pick up and drop off the car in the parking lot at the defined hours. Totally recommend.
