Fast and effective service at the station; however, a bit difficult to find the pick up spot if you are for the first time in Seville airport. (Hint: it is on the uncovered parking, not the closest to the terminal building). Full coverage is highly recommended, even if you have a third-party excess damage insurance. It significantly reduces any hustle during the pick-up and drop-off and it costs a little. The car I received was relatively new with good internal package (Toyota Yaris cross). The fuel deposit was released next day after the drop-off.
A few things were wrong. At the beginning, as usual in this type of rental company, they did everything to sell me any insurance. Up to this point everything was normal, all rental companies trying to do it this way. Another trick, which was already unfair, was that I received a car with a description without scratches. Despite this, the car had quite a big scratch (25/5 cm), (nicely covered with mud;). If I hadn't noticed and hadn't taken pictures, I would probably have been about 1,000 euros poorer. In the end, they still charged me 40 euros extra for being 40 minutes late, not wanting to show the applicable provision in the regulations that I would have signed. It looks like the employees are paid a success fee from each additional amount charged and they try very hard to squeeze customers in every possible way. Working with them was unpleasant and stressful for me both when picking up and returning the car.
Great experience, got helped very quick when the tire pressure light came on and it was assured to cause no troubles. Had an amazing time with the almost brand new aygo x with next to the back tire no problems at all, perfect for the small streets of Andalusia!
Hello everyone, I have been a Record go customer for several years now and I am very satisfied with their service. This time I was in Seville, the office at the airport, where I had a very good experience, as usual, from the pick-up at the airport continuing with the service at the office, with the explanations provided and the kindness they showed. And the cars, as usual, were in good condition, almost new, modern, perfect for a vacation. Congratulations.
Bad experience and worst communication ever. At collection 8th Sep 2024: Rented a car for a week. Fully comprehensive insurance was bought through booking.com. also paid EUR 38 further for breakdown assistance etc at collection. EUR 106 was charged for fuel deposit. Full video of the car with pictures were taken before leaving carpark slot. At return: Car was returned with full tank of fuel which was filled at Gas station 2 mins from the location. Car was left and key was handed over. After few hours received an email from record go accusing me for scratches on car and mentioning that i will be charged. Thank fully I had proof of video and Pictures of the same scratches taken at collection. I have sent the pictures to the same email and ask for clarification. Since then 5 emails have been sent, but no replies. For fuel deposit I have received 67 euros back but I paid 106. Why they have taken EUR 39, there is no explanation to it. No way to communicate further. Wont be returning as customer. Review written on 26th Sep 2024. Post comment after the reply: What customer service team?? You havnt replied to my 5 emails so how to contact your dedicated customer service team. Your sales team doesnt bother to leave the desk and inspect the car with customers. How do you justify accusing for scratches while before and after pictures are same which were sent to your email. If you open your email and review, you will find out. Easy to rob customers. Pathetic
5 stars. Got upgraded at the counter for free to a better car than i booked. On time, quick, professionally answered all questions. Offered a better insurance without usual pushy attitude. Customer service at it's best. I consider them for sure on my further needs. Also, very close to airport, regardless of the fact they provide a shuttle. Big thanks. Keep the good work.
Great experience here. Friendly staff quick collection and drop off. Got an Alfa Romeo Tonale for my rental, clean car inside and outside. Opted for full Just Go pack without deposit and full insurance. Absolutely great definitely using the company again. The only point that i would mention as not as good is the fact that i had to wait extra time at airport waiting for the shuttle bus however people at meeting point told me that it was something strange they being late at meeting point. So go ahead and book here
Had a great experience, after research on others company, I think their "total cover" policy and rentals price was decent. Only 100EUR fuel deposit which I got back the second day. The Chinese car with 1.5 gasoline IS NOT enough for the roads on the north, plus the sensors of the fuel level was glitching, if you have the same problem just lock the car for 10-15 min it will restart the system. Overall good experience
