OK Mobility - Sevilla - Estacion Ave Santa Justa in Seville

They are thefts. I made the mistake to rent from them a car. I paid for the premium Insurance. I selected the time slot to return the car at 15:30 at Malaga airport. Their employee told us that they are flexible at the time of the return of the car and we have a range for returning the car 60 minutes later than the selected time slot. We returned the car at 15:40, at the day of the return. Their employee in the Malaga airport told us everything is fine and they do not even have to check the car as we have the premium insurance. Two days later they charged me 89 euros for late return. I cannot contact customer service as the only department of the company answering my phone calls is the sales one, which respond they cannot help me. Moreover,they are not answering to my emails and I do not know what to do. Avoid!

It was a great experience . The woman at the counter was so patient, because my kredit card didn't work very well. She was waiting for me to call my bank and so on... Also the car was perfect. In a very good condition and clean. We also didn't have any problems when we returned the car on Malaga airport.

OK Mobility was great. The car was new, and very clean. The associates were all very friendly and helpful. Both pick up and drop off were very quick.

BE CAREFUL: I rent cars often and it is always a bit frustrating, but this place is the worst. Their strategy is to catch you out. Firstly I arrived an hour early for my rental - usually people are flexible, but I had to pay EUR30 extra. They also have a 300km a day limit on driving (which is unheard of) and so I had to pay a EUR100 fine for driving an extra 500 kilometres (although renting the car for 2 extra days should have been EUR20 and would have included 600km). Just make sure you check everything 10 times as they will find a way to catch you out.

I rented a car and had to pay EUR100 for the tank, so I didn't return it with a full tank. Normally, this would be settled later. Other people returned their cars, and they weren't checked, but my car and the one from an English woman were. And yes, we both got screwed. They claimed I smoked in the car, which I didn't. Now, I have to pay EUR135 for cleaning fees even though the car was actually clean. But when I got into the car and threw away a cigarette, a small piece of ash fell into the car. Never again for me.

Absolutely terrible service from this company, returned the car with no additional damage but the member of staff pointed out a very slight scratch on the wheel rim, that we clearly did not do and would never have noticed when we checked the car on pick up. She then charged us 460 euro.s If anyone uses this company then I recommend that you get video confirmation of every inch of the car before pick up so they can't con you in the same way.

I have never heard of this agency before, but I in last week I rented a car by them 2 times. I am very satisfied with their job, prices and simplicityof the process. Cars are in an amazing condition and I loved the fact that you may choose car that is available at the moment. Staff is great too, they are kind and very helpful. So even if you don't know this agency trust me they are great in what they are doing.
