Very nice people, fast and convenient service. Easy pickup and return. Recommended
Very satisfied with the vehicle delivery and return process. I got super upgrade (auto + high-end vehicle), although I did pay small extra for insurance but upgrade came free, which was well worth it. They informed within a day that all was well and they will release the EUR150 charged to my card. Book directly with them, & I would highly recommend.
Sad and disappointing experience at OK Mobility Don't rent with them. I feel I have been lied, robbed and deceived by the rental company. I wish I could turn back time and never booked with them. I booked several months ago an electric BMW i3 for the price of 120 euro / week. The booking had 3000 km allowance. I was super excited to drive an electric car through the Andaluzian landscape. On the day of the pick up, at the rental office no BMW i3. The rental said or similar so I hoped I would get a Zoe, or an ID3. No luck though. The rental shop forced a huge Lync & Co down my throat even though I protested. They offered me an alternative if I paid 100 euro on top of the higher rental fee that I already paid in order to give me a Mini One. The lady at the office assured me that the Lync & Co will be awesome as it has great electric autonomy and the driving experience is one of the most awesome in the world. The reality was different though. The car had multiple scratches that were not noted, it was beyond dirty on the inside and the fuel economy was the one of a tank. So, I paid more for an electric and got a ugly beast, 3 time the size, with a hunger of 10 l/100km and only 15km of electric autonomy. So... worse car, less efficient, dirty and scratched all over, hard to park and to drive through old Andaluzian cities, and most of all horrible to drive. I am paying more with at least 100 euros per stay due to the fuel costs alone. I should be compensated but I don't have any faith in them
I rented a car from Sevilla Airport Ok Mobility. First I didn't know where to go as i knew their office is outside of the airport. After asking someone i saw their shuttles ( Finding their shuttle cars should be improved ). They took us with a minivan, after 5 min drive we were at the office. Very quick service, an almost brand new car and cheaper than other reputable rental car brands. Extremely satisfied.
It took us two hours to get a car: The so called shuttle drivers preferred to take people who speak Spanish fluently and then claimed to not speak English. Others just said that they've arrived before us which they did not and then got on the shuttle. You can't walk the 1.5 km (there's a highway, so it's not allowed to walk over to the rental car station) so we had to take a taxi (25EUR). Be aware of this! The car is fine, people at the station were a bit nicer. But that doesn't help much if you can't get there.
We ended up buying the collision damage waiver which cost as much as the car. However, that turned out to be a good choice as the next day I hit a small bollard in a very tight turn in central Granada causing a big dent in, and scrape to, the door. If you go to Granada or Cordoba, the streets are filled with high kerbs and small bollards (as well as the world's tightest and most non-manoeuvrable underground car parks), the chances of a scrape are very high. When we returned the car, we were repaid our deposit without issue. The CDW was kind of pushed on us in a hard-sell, however, turned out to be a lucky thing on this occasion. Staff are very friendly and speak good English. Office is easy to get to from Arrivals at Seville, it's a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus (see clear directions on OK's Website) and the shuttle itself takes 5 minutes. It's also possible to walk to the office, it's about 20 mins (around 1.5 miles) but you may as well wait for the shuttle. Office is open late and we found making changes to the booking easy. A video of your car on collection is highly recommended.
OK Mobility strives for quality and service with a personal touch. It is evident that they make an effort to go beyond what the larger competitors offer. Unfortunately, their facility is not located directly at the airport parking, necessitating the use of a shuttle service. This resulted in an inconvenient wait time of nearly an hour. We expressed our concerns about this, and they promptly addressed the issue by upgrading us to a higher-class vehicle than the one we had originally booked. Despite this, we will definitely choose OK Mobility again next time. We hope that they will soon be allocated a location within walking distance of the airport.
Nice experience. I got an even better car than what I booked. Employees are helpful and speak English. My deposit released fully back immediately after bringing the car back. If you follow the rules of car rental, everything will go smoothly and just fine. After reading negative comments here, I'd like to give recommendations to future travelers. Take photos of your rented car before the rental begins. Try to avoid scratches on paint and rims. Give the car back timely, with full tank and wash / clean it before handing it back if possible. If you follow these rules, your travel will be a positive one.
