Le casco 1 estrella porque es necesario puntuarles para poder criticarlos. Nos dejaron sin coche a cuatro grupos distintos que teniamos alquilado un coche de 7 plazas, ofreciendo alternativa de 2 coches, pero sin hacerse cargo de la gasolina y otros gastos que esto suponia a mayores (mas alla de los inconvenientes logisticos que ello supone). Si sumamos las 2 horas de tramites que nos han hecho perder, no se me ocurre una empresa mejor para contratar el coche del alquiler si quieres empezar las vacaciones de la peor manera.

They left us without a car to four different groups who had rented a 7-seater car, offering an alternative of 2 cars, but without taking charge of the gasoline and other expenses that this entailed for the elderly (beyond the logistical inconveniences that this entails). If we add the 2 hours of procedures that they have made us lose, I can't think of a better company to hire the rental car if you want to start your vacation in the worst way.
Que pena que no se puedan poner 0 estrellas. El trato muy malo y poco resolutivo. Y al parecer habia muchisima gente sufriendo lo mismo. Todo el mundo con reserva y no habia coches disponibles. Es una pena que estas cosas sucedan cuando planeas todo con antelacion para que todo salga correctamente. Al final tuvimos que irnos a otra compania ... un desastre.
What a shame they can't give 0 stars. Very bad treatment and little resolution. And apparently there were many people suffering the same thing. Everyone had a reservation and there were no cars available. It's a shame that these things happen when you plan everything in advance so that everything goes correctly. In the end we had to go to another company... a disaster.
Llegamos alli y resulta que para alquilar un coche categoria elite se necesitan aparte de 2 tarjetas,una de credito i 1 de debito,hasta ahi vale.Pero que llegues alli y te digan que la tarjetas tienen k ser fisicas y no tienen pa pagar con contactless es una basura vamos.Las chicas nada mas nos ofrecian una gama mas baja donde ni siquiera nos cabian las maletas.Mi pareja si tenia tarjetas de credito i debito pero no querian cambiar el nombre de la reserva o hacer una reserva nueva.Lo curioso es que este problema pasaba diariamente un par de veces,incluso a unas personas delante nuestra les paso lo mismo.Nada recomendable,solo querian que alquilaramos una categoria inferior i quedarse la diferencia,unos autenticos ladrones vamos.

Ladrones es la palabra . Reservo un coche de 1000EUR . Llego a recogerlo y me dicen que como tengo tarjeta de credito no pueden darmelo . Cuando ya habia pagado por la web el alquiler . Me dicen que la tarjeta normal de debito no sirve . Me dicen que como es un coche caro es necesario esa tarjeta . Pero que me dan un Nissan qasqai de 300EUR pero que la diferencia de la quedan ellos . Yo alucinando en colores aun no me lo Creo Ladrones y cara duras . Nunca me habian querido robar asi .... Juegan con la necesidad que estas ahi de viaje sin coche y coche y con ninos . Madre mia te doy un coche de 300EUR Pero la diferencia me la quedo me dice con toda su cara Jetas

Unprofessional ! We got thereat 23:05, 2h late because of flight delayed! Their office was still open as there were lots of delays that day! They gave our car to someone one else and kept changing the reason (<< our office is closed >>, << you did not call us >> etc... I want to give zero star.
