Nice staff. No problems. Petrol cars are hybrids - cheap to fuel, difficult to manage if you are inexperienced. Usual fear selling attempts for CDW. Car covered in marks - check carefully. Heavy penalties for excess mileage if you go over.

Pleasant people, pretty cheap hire, car had a lot of damages not listed which were hard to find as we arrived after dark. We took a long time to go over them and fortunately evaded an expensive return. Other rentals allow customers to log them via video in the light (morning).

Quick pick-up with keyNgo. Good price performance company, we took full insurance of a car and it was cheaper than with other providers. We got a new car, very clean. It was easy to find. I would 100% recommend.

The entire process was smooth and highly professional, and I especially appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. When I first picked up the car, I noticed a small scratch on the bumper that hadn't been marked on the contract. However, this issue was quickly and easily resolved by taking a few photos and sending them to the provided email address during the contract process, make sure to take the pictures while the car in the car park, take few photos and try to send it to the email before you leave the airport car park if possible. I highly recommend thoroughly inspecting your car upon pick-up since there isn't a team member present during this process. You're responsible for making contact, completing the payment, and collecting the car on your own. The car I received was exactly within the category I had booked online--a Peugeot 3008 Automatic--and it felt almost brand new, with only 4,000 km on the odometer. While there was a damage deposit of 2,000 euros and an additional 170 euros for the fuel tank, I was pleased to find that these charges were only held as a precaution. As long as you return the car with a full tank and without any damage, the deposit is not deducted from your card--it simply gets canceled. In my case, everything went perfectly. Before returning the car, I took about 10 minutes and spent 2.50 euros at a nearby petrol station to vacuum and jet wash the vehicle. This was a small courtesy, especially since I was traveling with my family, including two kids, and I wanted to ensure the car was in good condition when returned. In summary, my experience with Goldcar was outstanding. The vehicle was in excellent condition, the service was professional, and the return process was hassle-free. The car was new, in good condition and had low mileage. Easy return of keys after working hours. Zero additional costs. The price is also very good. We will recommend and use in the future.
