Bottom of the barrel rental company. You are better off going to more respectable companies that operate worldwide. In Sevilla they are situated at a terrible location that is only reachable by shuttle bus. This will cost you at least 30 minutes extra. On top of that the person "helping" us got completely mad for no reason when we pointed out a small issue. Completely mental and not professional. Avoid these people like the plague.

For these "damage" that was there before they charge you 135EUR. I saw it when I got the car and did not bother to document it, because it is no dent or real scratch. That was a mistake. Don't hire cars here, they will at least try to scam you. No other rental company would care about this little black points.

The car was good. BUT they made me pay 135 EUR extra for a tiny scratch (about 2mm by 4mm). I am 100% sure I didn't scratch the car. We had to pay, otherwise we would miss our plane. They are away from the airport and we needed their own shuttle to get to the airport.

Car hire with GOBYCAR in Seville near the airport was exceptional. We booked directly and added the premium insurance which negated the risks you normally face when hiring a car. The collection was really easy and a friendly service with no up selling, car was low mileage and in very good condition. There was a requirement to provide a 200 EUR deposit for fuel but upon return the process was very easy and deposit quickly refunded as we returned the vehicle with a full tank. The company also had a shuttle bus to take us back to the airport. Overall a great experience.

Very good rental company! Upon arrival, the car was quickly arranged, and for a small extra amount, I received a good upgrade to a Citroen C5 with 1 kilometre on the odometer. Returning the car was also quickly arranged. At most car rental companies, they retain EUR1400 deposit, here EUR900. Super friendly staff. One thing, the location of the shuttle bus at the airport was difficult to find and recognizable by a small sticker.

One of the best car rental experiences I've ever had. The company sends their shuttles to the airport and train station, where they pick you up(we waited about 15 minutes) and then brings you to their very nice office. We got a brand new Hyundai fully loaded with Apple car play, blind spot monitoring, semi autonomous driving etc and at a very reasonable (cheap)price. The staff is exceptional as well.

Rented a car. Waiting at the airport for shuttle service for hours with other groups too. Nobody answers the phone, no help. Absolutely no recommendation. It all seems like a huge scam. We then took a taxi to the finale, which was locked and unoccupied.

Firstly, they took ages to find our reservation in their system (we had email proof), so it took about 40 mins just to get the car. We had ordered and prepaid for a large 5 seater SUV. Our booking said Hyundai Touscan, or similar. Instead we got a small Renault saloon. They didnt even say we werent getting the car we orderednat the desk. The guy at the company desk said he was exhausted. It was late at night, we had our children with us and we were all tired too, so we just took the car. We contacted the company the following morning and we were told that they had nothing else. I then phoned them again a day later to be told we had been given an upgrade, not a downgrade - because the car we were given was an automatic. We hadnt asked for an automatic, nor did we want one. We wanted an SUV. They eventually conceeded that they had given us an inferior car and that they DID actually have something like the one we had booked. But we would have to go back to the airport to change it. So we took time out of our holiday to do this. The car they gave us this time was filthy. Oil all over the passenger seat mat and muck all over the boot. I ruined a new pair of trousers. A very dishonest and unprofessional company to deal with!

We booked a rental car from GobyCar through Check24 for a day trip. The transfer by the shuttle at Santa Justa train station to the station and back was flawless and on time. After a bit of a wait, we were able to pick up our rental car a little late. Instead of the Toyota Aygo we booked, the landlord gave us a newer Renault Clio - thanks for that. There is a star deduction for selling a tank offer. You could return the rental car empty for an immediate payment of around 58. We (two women) werent sure how many kilometers it was to our destination, but we had about 300km (there and back) in mind. The provider told us that it was at least 500km and that the offer was worthwhile due to the fuel prices. Unfortunately it was our own fault that we fell for it, we ended up with 3/4 of the tank full. This reduced the deposit to 650 instead of 800. The return was carried out smoothly by a particularly nice gentleman and the deposit of 650 was immediately returned to us in front of our eyes. We would definitely recommend the provider, but we would also like to warn others against taking advantage of additional offers.

Einen Stern Abzug gibt es fur den Verkauf eines Tankangebots. Dabei konnte man gegen sofortige Bezahlung von ca. 58 den Mietwagen leer zuruckbringen. Wir (zwei Frauen) waren uns nicht mehr sicher, wie viele Kilometer es zu unserem Zielort waren, hatten jedoch ca. 300km (hin und retour) im Kopf. Der Anbieter teilte uns mit, dass es min. 500km sind und sich das Angebot aufgrund der Tankpreise rentiert. Leider sind wir selbst schuld, dass wir darauf reingefallen sind, wir hatten schlussendlich noch 3/4 des Tanks voll. Die Kaution verringerte sich dadurch auf 650,- statt 800,-. Die Rucknahme erfolgte durch einen besonders netten Herrn reibungslos und die Kaution in Hohe von 650,- wurde uns vor unseren Augen sofort retourniert. Wir wurden den Anbieter jedsenfalls weiterempfehlen aber mochten andere auch vor Inanspruchnahme von Zusatzangeboten warnen.

We rented a car for 6 days. We had seen some pretty bad reviews and the truth is that we were a little scared but we were pleasantly surprised. They picked us up 3 minutes after arriving at the airport, they took us by car, the offices are 5 minutes away, not like an hour away as I have read here. Once at the office we didnt have any problems either, a small queue but nothing more. Comfortable and clean car. On the return the same thing, once we had handed over the keys and checked, they warned us that it could take a week for the deposit to be returned but the same day I already had it in my account. I recommend it!!

The care of the car could be a little better. Ours had no windshield washer fluid and very dirty windows inside and outside. Difficult driving in the dark.

Their staff are all very friendly and the cars are new. However be very careful with how you make a payment to this company. I was charged the insurance amount twice on my credit card. I tried to contact them afterwards to resolve this but they are not picking up the phone. I had to raise a dispute with my bank at the end. Looking forward to get my money back now.
