We rented a car on the 16th of October from Seville and delivered it on the 21st of the same month at Malaga airport, we paid what the contract stipulated as well as EUR100 extra for fuel, with the condition that they would return the EUR100 within 10 days if we returned it to them the car with a full tank. While we returned it full, It has been a month I have sent them two mails, and they ignore me and of course do not return the amount.
Fui a retirar mi coche con muchas dudas tras leer los comentarios, pero sinceramente no se el motivo de los malos comentarios, solo puedo decir que fui tratado con una exquisitez que nunca antes me habian tratado en una empresa de alquiler de coches. Carlos (si mal no recuerdo) es de 10, le doy 5 estrellas porque no hay mas pero ojala hubiese un Carlos en cada agencia de alquiler de coches, de esta forma todo seria mas facil. Recomiendo esta agencia sin duda alguna.
I went to pick up my car with many doubts after reading the comments, but I honestly don't know the reason for the bad comments, I can only say that I was treated with a delicacy that I had never been treated before in a car rental company. Carlos (if I remember correctly) is a 10, I give him 5 stars because there are no more but I wish there was a Carlos in every car rental agency, this way everything would be easier. I recommend this agency without a doubt.
Unfortunately my partner and I just had a similar experience to Andy: Europcar Granada (pick up) and Europcar (Seville) charged us for insurance that we didn't request, and for additional mileage that we didn't use. This seems to be a common scam by this company. Be warned.
Alquilamos una furgoneta (la mas grande) para una mudanza y todo genial. El trato a la hora de recogida/entrega genial. La furgoneta nueva y en perfecto estado, solo tenia un par de pequenos desperfectos que me indicaron ellos mismos. Sin duda volveremos a utilizar sus servicios.
We rented a van (the largest) for a move and everything was great. The treatment at the time of collection/delivery was great. The van was new and in perfect condition, it only had a couple of small defects that they themselves pointed out to me. We will definitely use your services again.

The rental car was good, but very disappointed with Europcar Sevilla branch, who loaded us up with additional charges (insurance, claim appeal waiver) without explicitly asking if we wanted the coverage. We verbally rejected all insurance but were naive and signed the form without looking it over. We were charged the One-Way charge TWICE, once by the agency we booked the car through once from Europcar. Despite leaving a claim (#19980893) to get the one way charge removed, they refused. We booked a similar Europcar in Lleida and they did not load us up with unwanted coverage, so this problem is unique to the Seville branch. SUMMARY: Very disappointed with Europcar Seville.
Nico was super helpful, great pickup and drop off experience. The location is a bit out of the way, but that's to be expected to get good rates.
Had a great experience for my pickup here. The guys were super friendly, informative and helpful. Spoke great English which helped on my end. Dropped off at different location
