Hello, At the moment they are Police and lawyers involved. They just took our deposit and do not respond anymore. We booked europcar only because we thought they try to not to cheat and try to remain a good reputation.
We loved the car, it was easy to pick up and drop off, although we paid the same amount again for the insurance we had peace of mind. Not sure we would pay all that again for the insurance!
The car was spotless and the treatment was amazing. They were very friendly and polite. Very satisfied with the attention and the car we were provided. We were able to pick it up at Sevilla and returned in Granada with no problem. 100% recommended
Service was great, pick up was easy, had no problems with the car. Took out the 'no excess' option for piece of mind which is worth doing in Spain as streets are often narrow and parking in many towns is tight. Drop off in Cordoba was smooth too, but t finding the drop off location located under the bus terminal was hard to find.
While the car and pickup process were good, the main issue lies with the customer service call center, which seemed to struggle with clear communication in English and providing accurate information. This significantly impacted my experience, and I hope you can address this to prevent future issues for other customers.
5-stars for Rocio G. She was the attendant who helped me with my reservation at the office upstairs. Rocio was very professional, explained everything clearly, and checked to make sure I understood the terms of my rental. Her English is excellent. And, she is very nice. She is by far the best rental car agent I have interacted with across the world. If I could, I would recommend consideration for a promotion or award. Thank you Rocio!
Be cautious of Europcar delivery in this location. I had the worse experience ever. They will search for any unjustified excuse to make extra money from their customers claiming as minor damage and charge hundreds of Euros. I will never use Europcar ever again.
I'm so happy with my experience with the team at Santa Justa Seville! From pick up to drop off they were brilliant! I had a couple of questions whilst I had the vehicle for 10 days and the customer service people were terrific as well. I was given a New VW T Cross to drive and I'm so impressed with that vehicle I'm going to buy one !
