Location of pickup was great. HOWEVER, not impressed by the sincerity of the company/staff (they scam tourists). I made the reservation for a compact automatic transmission car, but when I arrived at the pickup counter, I was told they only have an electric vehicle that can only be charged at specific charging locations available on an app which I have to download on my phone. And that the app only accepts payment using an European credit card and "European email". That's when I know I was being scammed. I showed up on time as per my reservation, so it wasn't because I was late and they had to give the car to someone else.. The staff started selling me on the ONLY other vehicle they have in stock, a Tesla model 3 that's EUR50 more PER DAY on top of my existing reservation. Being a female solo traveller in a foreign country and a non-Spanish speaker, I didn't want risk being stuck in the middle of nowhere or waste my time arguing and ruining my vacay mood. Felt forced to take the Tesla and ended up paying $400 total for my $122 reservation thru Expedia. Regretted not booking with Avis/Budget next door where I had Aeroplan member benefits for the $20 difference. On top of that, parking was a struggle in the narrow European underground parking garages.

Muy buena atencion. El auto funciono perfecto, la recogida fue veloz y devolverlo muy rapido, comodo y facil.

Europcar rental return operates out of carpark P3 of the train station. They do not have an office counter just look for the staff on duty to process your return. For after hours there is a drop box.
