La atencion es nefasta, la chica de la oficina super desagradable y para colmo dicen dar un coche igual o superior al del cliente y a mi me han prestado uno infinitamente inferior, diferente combustible, mayor consumo, motor mucho mas pequeno.. Importante dato que no cumple con la nueva normativa de alumbrado de emergencia, algo que ya esta en conocimiento de quienes deben gestionarlo. No pierdan su tiempo en esta empresucha.
The attention is disastrous, the girl in the office is super unpleasant and to make matters worse they say they give a car equal to or superior to the client's and they have given me one that is infinitely inferior, different fuel, higher consumption, much smaller engine... Es la primera vez que alquilo en Enterprise que esta en calle Tipografia, en Sevilla y es la primera vez que me he encontrado tanta amabilidad y profesionalidad en sus trabajadores. It is the first time that I have rented from Enterprise, which is on Typography Street, in Seville, and it is the first time that I have encountered such kindness and professionalism in their workers. Worst service ever. Application allowed me to reserve at 12 (office closes for the weekend at noon) and car was already moved to a different location by the time I got there. DO NOT reserve cars there for personal trips, it is mainly vans for business purposes.
Helpful staff, easy pickup
Made a reservation for standard size suv with automatic transmission. They didn't have the standard size suv; what was worse was that all the suvs were with manual transmission. I have been trying to contact with the supervisor/management team for almost 5 months, but still no response. Terrible customer service and terrible communication.

This was a typical Enterprise venture. The car and price was great. They have an automatic vehicle for us non manual users. The pickup was slow and not great. They only had one guy working who wasn't moving with much urgency. Recommend getting their earlier than plan to make sure your day is not thrown off by how long the rental takes. The drop-off experience was great. They called a cab for us as well
