Rented a car from this place as we were visiting from Canada for a week. We booked a sedan a week in advance. The pickup process was smooth and the employee was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a mini SUV. There was only one employee named Jaime manning the shop that day so it was a bit slow but no complaints. The car was in mint condition and everything went great. We dropped off the car in Madrid and the drop off was super smooth. Overall, it was a hassle- free experience. I was a bit apprehensive at first looking at some of the negative reviews and was worried as our trip was linked to the car but in the end they managed it pretty well. Thank you.

They will give you an electric car even if you ask for a gas one. Gonzalo told me it would be no problem to recharge between Seville and Madrid. A huge lie. It was impossible. When I called him he was of no help to me and then stopped picking up the phone. I was desperately at the side of the road with no battery in 39 degrees heat with my family. Beware. Especially if you are dealing with Gonzalo, he is a terrible person and does not care about the client at all.

There was only one person attending, so it was very slow to get the car. We waited for about an hour.

It's a budget rental car, so expectations should be lowered. We got a standard car, it was alright, come with 3/8 of a tank but they also accept the same for return. The only issue was actually to find the place. I tried to call and get info from the website, but it was quite poor. So here are some photos to help to find the LOCATION. It's in the parking level, floor -1. There is one escalator that leads directly to the office downstairs. If you are walking in the outer patio towards the tower, then it will be on your left almost to the end. If you are already in the parking -1 level, look for the escalators at the orange colour, just in the transition with the green. I hope this will help someone else to find and spare some time. Once you find it, it's quite convenient to leave the place to hit the road on the highway.

I had a great experience with Juan from the Enterprise rental company. Easy pick up and easy drop off. Would recommend.

Good, thorough service from Maria and Gracia at Rent-A-Car. They contacted me whilst in Sevilla suggesting I go to the Torre Sevilla location rather than another location. Their suggestion wand service were excellent as I needed a car to then drive to the coast towards Huelva/Portugal. Thanks - will definitely use them and this location again for its central location and ease to then hit the motorway.

UPDATE: one month after the car was returned, I received an invoice to pay towing my car run out of battery. A lie and an attempt of fraud, since of course I've never asked for roadside assistance nor my car ran out of battery. Stay away from this place. Reserved two hybrid medium-size SUVs in March for August, at the time of the car collection we were given two smaller and electric cars, with no preliminary notification of the variation. If you reserve a car from this shop, make sure you ask them confirmation of the kind of car you will be given. We survived only because having an electric car myself know how to manage recharges and so on, the support by them was basically useless.
