AVOID AT ALL COST. This operation accepts reservations that they don't have the ability to fulfill. It happened to me, and I watched it happen to others. They do no respect a reservation. That's a BIG PROBLEM when you're picking up a car on a one way rental, with a week's worth of hotel reservations. After standing there for 1.5 hours refusing to accept no as an answer, and demanding to speak to an area manager, they finally and reluctantly rented me a vehicle that was bigger than what I reserved (not ideal with all the narrow streets and tight parking) and wasn't filled with gas. Poor, poor, poor.

We rented the premium car in Sevilla, and left it after 2 days in Malaga! It was on 27.of september! The company has not returned the 401 Euro deposit to this date! There were no problems when returning it! Be careful!

I would give zero stars if i could. A bunch of dishonest crooks that work in the Santa Justa Seville location. Had a 7 seater Mercedes V Class booked from Saturday 10:00 to Monday 21:00 the vehicle was dropped off on the Monday before the set time at 19:32. The employee at the vehicle drop off was adamant that we had the car for an extra day at it was meant to be dropped off that day at 09:00 instead of 21:00. I showed them the booking confirmation and emails from enterprise which they argued was incorrect and whats on their "screen" is the truth (the screen which they didn't let me properly see only allowed me to glance at the time section). I mentioned that during the collection of the vehicle the salesperson confirmed the drop off time was 21:00 and their excuse was that the employee serving us was wrong. The employees would not take no for an answer and forced us to pay the extra day charge before leaving. As we had a flight to catch we were in a tight spot and had to pay just to get away on time.

We were in Seville and wanted to visit Cadiz, but all the trains were fully booked throughout our stay. So, we decided to hire a car for the day. The service from Javi was excellent--he thoroughly explained all the details and costs, making us feel at ease with his friendly approach. Was provided the option of two cars that both had 5+ incidents of damage. Checking out a car was a long process as their tech kept crashing. I'm glad I added excess protection as the car I ended up getting was absolutely awful. As soon as I got on the highway the car started demonstrating serious and dangerous electrical issues. Glad I was able to exchange the car at a different and more competent location. Talking with enterprise agents at other locations it seems this place has a bad reputation within the company and the policies of this store differ significantly from other locations in Spain

This was the first and last time we used this company's service. We arrived and asked if we could rent a car on the spot. We were told that there were no automatic cars available at the moment, but if we waited 1 to 1.5 hours, a car would be ready. In the end, we waited for 3 hours, and the car never arrived. Each time we asked, we were told they didn't know when the car would return and that we should keep waiting. I don't understand why they didn't know when the cars would arrive, if everyone in the contract indicates the time of return, as well as their contact details so that they could be contacted. Why didn't they contact those who were supposed to return the cars to find out their exact time of return? As a result, we wasted half a day that we could have spent in a beautiful place we had planned to visit. Furthermore, for the next day we made a reservation in advance using booking's services, and informed the employees of Enterprise that we would return tomorrow to pick up another car we had reserved. The next day, we were an hour and a half late, and the car was given to other customers. Yes, the policy states that they will not hold the car if we are late, but this is very unfair. These rules are absolutely not customer-friendly. I would recommend a company to reconsider them. After that, we had to wait several more hours because no cars were available. Eventually, we were given a higher category car and were pressured into purchasing additional insurance for it because it was new. The employee was very unfriendly and spoke arrogantly. It didn't seem like she was recommending extra insurance for our safety or the car's protection but rather as a way to extract more money from us, even though the car was already paid for through booking. Considering how many hours we had already spent waiting over two days, tired, hungry, and frustrated that nothing was going according to plan in a foreign country, she could have been more understanding and considerate.

We had a very good experience with Enterprise at this property. I did the ReadyPass online check in so didn't waste any time on the front desk. Vinnie the concierge took us to the car and took time to explain the car operation and some pointers on where to go in Arcos de la frontera and Ronda. Similarly Rodrigue helped us when we returned at 7pm and gave us a voucher for the extra gas I put in. The Opel Corsa was fairly new and drove like a champ. They closed at 10pm which is great for a one day rental.

Horrible and regrettable experience. Objects left in your car are stolen. I forgot a tablet and a notebook on October 15 at 3:13 p.m., I couldnt check the car because I was in a hurry to miss the train to Madrid. At 3:30 p.m., already on the train, I realize that I have left my tablet and notebook in the back seat of the car and I immediately call the number that appears on Google maps. A boy tells me that he cannot give me information about my forgotten objects, I ask you to please go to the car to look at it and take them so that I can go pick them up another time. He tells me that he cant, that the procedure to follow is the indicated one: until they clean the car they cant see if there is anything and then they will call me. I call two more times, at 3:43 p.m. and at 5:41 p.m., and I get the same message. I also opened a ticket through the Enterprise website to which they have never responded (its been a month now). Upon arriving in Madrid on October 15, I go to the Enterprise offices in Atocha, they do not provide me with any information either. A month later, on November 13, 2024, I return to Enterprise for another work trip, I ask about my forgotten items, a guy helps me very kindly (thank you because it is the only decent treatment received by this company in this story) and checks if My items are among the lost items. They are not there, another colleague appears and tells me and reiterates to me on several occasions that whenever someone calls about forgotten objects, they immediately check the car to see if those objects are there. Another colleague joins this conversation who confirms what was mentioned above. Procedure completely contradictory to that indicated by his colleague on the phone, on three occasions, on October 15. Regrettable and shameful. I recommend avoiding this rental company if you do not want to be involved in a situation of this type.

Al llegar a Madrid el dia 15 de octubre, voy a las oficinas de Enterprise de Atocha, tampoco me aportan ninguna informacion. Un mes despues, a 13 de noviembre de 2024 regreso a Enterprise por otro viaje de trabajo, pregunto por mis objetos olvidados, un chico me atiende muy amablemente (gracias porque es el unico trato decente recibido por este empresa en esta historia) y chequea si mis objetos se encuentran entre los objetos perdidos. No estan, aparece otra companera que me dice y me reitera en varias ocasiones que siempre que alguien llama por objetos olvidados de inmediato se mira en el coche si estan esos objetos. A esta conversacion se une otro companero mas que confirma lo citado anteriormente. Procedimiento completamente contradictorio al indicado por su companero al telefono, en tres ocasiones, el dia 15 de octubre. Lamentable y vergonzoso. Os recomiendo evitar esta empresa de alquiler si no os quereis ver envueltos en una situacion de este tipo.

Bad experience! On the way to Zaragoza the Adblue comes on (Enterprise problem!), saying that in 800 km the car will not start. I put 15 on it divided 3 times (in 3 different Repsol stations) and it continues to be understood. I call Enterprise and a guy tells me that it probably needs to be reset, so dont worry. My brother rented a van, he returned it perfectly, and they paid his deposit... after quite a few days, but oh well. 15 days later he receives a letter about alleged damage inside the cargo area, for which they ask for the chilling figure of 800, no more, no less. Disgraceful way of proceeding, apart from the fact that he didnt have that blow when he returned it, thats why they returned his deposit of course, which is already taking time to do so. I didnt expect anything less to go to the reviews and find them all bad. People, DO NOT rent cars at Alamo in Seville, they refer you to this company that is totally a DISASTER. We had rented the car 2 months ago, when we arrived, they told us that they were having problems and that the car would not arrive, that it would take at least 2 HOURS. There were families with children waiting for a long time. These people dont understand that many of us are organized to get to a flight or a place. I repeat. DO NOT RENT CARS IN ALAMO AND MUCH LESS FROM THIS COMPANY that disappointed us a lot since it had spoken well of it to us.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The boy who helped me (Ramon) charged me for a blow that he interpreted that I had caused without asking me first. I sent him a video that I recorded when the vehicle was delivered, showing him that the dent already existed before. I had an apology on WhatsApp and they informed me that they had returned the 685, which I received three days later, but in addition, I had an additional hold of 400 on the card that lasted more than 12 days until they unlocked it, after several calls of course! In the end everything was resolved, but what a destroy they did to me during those days, leaving me without funds on the card. Anyone makes a mistake in their work, but if we add the lack of response to solve the unblocking of the retention after the incident, it is unforgivable. No more with Enterprise!!! I highly recommend that you take a video of any damage you see before leaving their parking lot, even if they show it to you beforehand.

No mas con Enterprise!!! Recomiendo encarecidamente que grabeis un video de cualquier desperfecto que veais antes de salir de su aparcamiento, incluso aunque os lo muestren antes.
