AVOID AT ALL COST. This operation accepts reservations that they don't have the ability to fulfill. It happened to me, and I watched it happen to others. They do no respect a reservation. That's a BIG PROBLEM when you're picking up a car on a one way rental, with a week's worth of hotel reservations. After standing there for 1.5 hours refusing to accept no as an answer, and demanding to speak to an area manager, they finally and reluctantly rented me a vehicle that was bigger than what I reserved (not ideal with all the narrow streets and tight parking) and wasn't filled with gas. Poor, poor, poor.
We rented the premium car in Sevilla, and left it after 2 days in Malaga! It was on 27.of september! The company has not returned the 401 Euro deposit to this date! There were no problems when returning it! Be careful!
I would give zero stars if i could. A bunch of dishonest crooks that work in the Santa Justa Seville location. Had a 7 seater Mercedes V Class booked from Saturday 10:00 to Monday 21:00 the vehicle was dropped off on the Monday before the set time at 19:32. The employee at the vehicle drop off was adamant that we had the car for an extra day at it was meant to be dropped off that day at 09:00 instead of 21:00. I showed them the booking confirmation and emails from enterprise which they argued was incorrect and whats on their "screen" is the truth (the screen which they didn't let me properly see only allowed me to glance at the time section). I mentioned that during the collection of the vehicle the salesperson confirmed the drop off time was 21:00 and their excuse was that the employee serving us was wrong. The employees would not take no for an answer and forced us to pay the extra day charge before leaving. As we had a flight to catch we were in a tight spot and had to pay just to get away on time.
We were in Seville and wanted to visit Cadiz, but all the trains were fully booked throughout our stay. So, we decided to hire a car for the day. The service from Javi was excellent--he thoroughly explained all the details and costs, making us feel at ease with his friendly approach. To our surprise, we were even given an upgrade to a full electric car. The process was easy and straightforward, with a simple drop-off and key return. Thank you!
Rented a car driving from Malaga to Seville. No queues and all the staff at both Malaga and Seville Railway station were very efficient and friendly. We particularly thank Alexis who was very helpful and efficient.
Was provided the option of two cars that both had 5+ incidents of damage. Checking out a car was a long process as their tech kept crashing. I'm glad I added excess protection as the car I ended up getting was absolutely awful. As soon as I got on the highway the car started demonstrating serious and dangerous electrical issues. Glad I was able to exchange the car at a different and more competent location. Talking with enterprise agents at other locations it seems this place has a bad reputation within the company and the policies of this store differ significantly from other locations in Spain
This was the first and last time we used this company's service. We arrived and asked if we could rent a car on the spot. We were told that there were no automatic cars available at the moment, but if we waited 1 to 1.5 hours, a car would be ready. In the end, we waited for 3 hours, and the car never arrived. Each time we asked, we were told they didn't know when the car would return and that we should keep waiting. I don't understand why they didn't know when the cars would arrive, if everyone in the contract indicates the time of return, as well as their contact details so that they could be contacted. Why didn't they contact those who were supposed to return the cars to find out their exact time of return? As a result, we wasted half a day that we could have spent in a beautiful place we had planned to visit. Furthermore, for the next day we made a reservation in advance using booking's services, and informed the employees of Enterprise that we would return tomorrow to pick up another car we had reserved. The next day, we were an hour and a half late, and the car was given to other customers. Yes, the policy states that they will not hold the car if we are late, but this is very unfair. These rules are absolutely not customer-friendly. I would recommend a company to reconsider them. After that, we had to wait several more hours because no cars were available. Eventually, we were given a higher category car and were pressured into purchasing additional insurance for it because it was new. The employee was very unfriendly and spoke arrogantly. It didn't seem like she was recommending extra insurance for our safety or the car's protection but rather as a way to extract more money from us, even though the car was already paid for through booking. Considering how many hours we had already spent waiting over two days, tired, hungry, and frustrated that nothing was going according to plan in a foreign country, she could have been more understanding and considerate.
We had a very good experience with Enterprise at this property. I did the ReadyPass online check in so didn't waste any time on the front desk. Vinnie the concierge took us to the car and took time to explain the car operation and some pointers on where to go in Arcos de la frontera and Ronda. Similarly Rodrigue helped us when we returned at 7pm and gave us a voucher for the extra gas I put in. The Opel Corsa was fairly new and drove like a champ. They closed at 10pm which is great for a one day rental.
