DO NOT BE LATE TO PICK UP YOUR CAR. Their policy is that if you are an hour delayed they will cancel your booking and tell you that there are no cars available anymore. This was not disclosed anywhere in the booking confirmation, so beware.
Attentive staff, everything was clear and straightforward. In and out in 10 minutes. Got the deposit back in two days after utilizing after hours drop off.
I had rented a van on Oct 6, 2024. Counter inside the terminal was boarded up and one had to go outside in the garage. There was no signage to guide to location which was partially covered. There were 20 people in line at 1030am with only one makeshift counter out in the open. I waited 2 hours in line to get to the agent. Then I had to wait another 45 mins to get the car. Some people had been waiting since before I arrived. The lady made me sign all the docs on her iPad including a 700 Euro deposit which I was not expecting. She gave me a choice of buying damage insurance from them for 46 Euros/day (even though I had bought it from Expedia, plus my credit card to had damage coverage) or sign the they can charge 1,700 Euros per each instance damage - no matter how small - automatically to my credit card! I had no choice but to sign it. Gas was less than 3/4 full. Car had visible damage in three places. She did not note it. I took a full video though. Tire inflation light was lit and they didn't know how to turn it off. After I had dripped off the car in Cordoba, they sent me a WhatsApp message saying the "Tray" was missing. This is the cover over trunk space inside. I had not taken any pics of the interior. I told them there was no tray. Seville team told them otherwise. It took them several days to realize that Seville team had made an error. I was afraid they were going to charge me 1,700 Euros. After several days, Bruna said there was a "system error" and reversed any charges. All is well that ends well. Note: Entrance to car return garage at Cordoba station is extremely tight. Do not return a large car to that location. You will likely scrape the car while entering. Suggestion: Get more staff at Seville airport. No one can afford to wait 3 hours for a car.
After a nightmare journey and cancelled flight, Laura at enterprise couldn't have been more helpful. Our booking had been elsewhere but due to the cancellation of our flight we were a day late and at a different location for collection. Laura really helped us to move the car pick up and sorted everything out. She even recommended restaurants for us to visit in Seville (Casa Carmen was lovely). Usually car hire companies can be a stress to deal with but this was one of the best pick ups we have had. Thanks Laura. We are now managing to enjoy our long awaited holiday.
Terrible Experience! I booked a car rental through an Enterprise North America employee, specifically requesting an automatic transmission for a price of EUR253 for 6 days. However, when I arrived at the office, the representative informed me that my booking was for a manual transmission. To switch to an automatic, I would have to pay nearly double, bringing the total to EUR570, which I declined. I decided to stick with the manual transmission and added the premium collision waiver. But instead of the price increasing by EUR120 (EUR20 per day), the total jumped from EUR253 to EUR453. When I asked for clarification, the staff couldn't explain the discrepancy and claimed there was an issue with the system. This felt like a scam under the name of a reputable business like enterpise !!
Absolute scam. Booked a car two weeks before, we showed up and were told reservation was cancelled. Another client was there and was told there were no more cars. We had to go find another car on the spot at another agency and were charged horrendous prices. Entreprise owes us about 750 euros
If I can give 0 stars I will choose that. I was denied a car because I didn't provide a Physical copy of the passport and I was also given just 1 hour to go and get my passport from my accommodation which was 40 mins away. We decided to take a taxi immediately to our accommodation to get our passports but when we told the manager that, she checked our reservation again and requested for the booking cancellation in their system WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. She also told she won't take any new bookings as they are closing down at 6.15 pm itself? We had paid FULLY upfront and she said she won't help with refund and asked us to contact Enterprise Ireland if we want. They basically gave our car to someone else and the other staff (I think she was new) told us before that they are giving us a car which is assigned to someone else and they will have to go and get a new car for the other person from a location 1 hour away. This is the reason that they tried all means to NOT provide us a car. Absolutely unfriendly and rude behaviour of the staff and will not recommend nor hire car from the again. They play twisting the words just be careful when you approach them the next time. Saw multiple reviews on Google and seems to be the same scenario. Either they give a small car or no car! They blame the system that it gets overbooked! Come on guys we are in 2024 and can't we not just fix the system? Or at least have extra cars at the airport location?!?! Went to SixT after this and they were so helpful and gave us a car straight away.
For our second Schengen trip, we opted for Enterprise car rental. My partner had informed me that we would be getting a CH-R Toyota or similar model. However, upon arrival, the staff checked our booking and provided us with a Ford Puma instead of the expected Kia. Despite the initial surprise, the car performed excellently throughout our 7-day trip, with no issues whatsoever. Upon returning the car, it was checked thoroughly, and the woman assisting us was polite and efficient. Overall, a positive experience with Enterprise.
