Servicio de alquiler de coches muy sencillo y directo. Todo se hace a traves de la aplicacion sin mucha burocracia. !El equipo de soporte es muy atento y proactivo! Siempre que necesito hacer una viaje rapida, recurro al servicio de la Concerent.

Alquile un Fiat 500 por 6 dias y no tengo ni una minima queja del servicio. La atencion de Jennifer fue de 10, siempre atenta, pendiente de que todo estuviera correcto, desde la recogida hasta el final. Realmente no necesitas atencion de nadie porque te descargas la app, reservas el coche y lo abres con la app y dentro te encontraras las llaves. Aun asi estan pendiente de ti. En referencia al coche, todo perfecto. Coche limpio, como nuevo, buen funcionamiento. Es un servicio comodisimo y a un precio bastante asequible. Aunque se que ya no necesitaria hablar con Jennifer la proxima vez que alquile, porque como digo es autoservicio por asi decirlo, se que estara disponible si lo necesito. Volvere a alquilar.l <3
