As easy as it gets. Took the basic insurance, had some minor damage and got my fuel deposit back the same day without hesitation. Friendly staff & very easy and quick handover to and from the car. Recommendation alert!
We reserved a car in Sevilla directly on the website of Centauro. For 4 days we paid 137EUR with everything included (we got the premium package; full insurance, gas full/full and unlimitated kilometers) and we only had to pay a deposit for the tank, which I got back within 24 hours after returning the car. The car we got was in perfect condition and the pick-up as well as the drop-off were super smooth and quick. Therefore, I would definitely recommend Centauro in Sevilla!
Great rental experience! Rented on 2 different occasion and both are in positive review. The car is well maintained as it seems this place consists of few rental companies, where there are car-washing actively ongoing. the staff didnt push for company insurance, however car collection/return is not accompanied by the staff to check. A possible conflict in case there is damage after return. Pro-tip: take as much video/pictures as you can to avoid dispute when returning the car. Overall, recommended place to rent and no hussle!
Excellent service and very friendly staff. I especially want to mention the respectable Ms. Mixi Marita at the company's airport branch in Seville. She made great efforts to communicate with me in French and provided all the assistance with ease and kindness. The shuttle service from the airport to the company's office is available at very frequent intervals. Thank you. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
Excellent car provided with reasonable price. Staff were friendly and explained all the terms and conditions very well. No pressure for taking any add-ons. Returning the car was quite smooth and efficient. Would recommend them for renting from seville. Also, they accept debit/credit both for security amount booking. The fuel surcharge and security deposit was returned back in 2 days without any issues.
Always new cars, good service staff, clear explanations, spacious parking lot for picking up cars. Located at the underground parking building.
This is by far the best car hire I've experienced in Europe the past 20 years. Great staff, friendly, informative, helpful, great customer service which others have forgotten. Nothing compared to other car rental places. Would use and recommend again, in fact I just booked a reservation for next week.
