Buenas tardes, - Adjuntamos fotos de las furgonetas en el momento en el que Berrocar nos las entrega (lamentables) Las hemos mantenido durante un ano por los siguientes motivos: 1. Por presupuesto, Berrocar alquila a precios competitivos que a pesar del estado de los vehiculos nos podian interesar. Lo que no esperabamos era que al finalizar el acuerdo... parte de su negocio fuera quedarse con las fianzas y tratar de cobrar facturando ademas danos inventados. 2. Porque no pensabamos que necesitariamos estos vehiculos durante tanto tiempo. 3. Porque el compromiso de Berrocar fue ir sustituyendo estas furgonetas por otras en mejor estado a medida que les fueran quedando libres (nunca paso) NUNCA nos ofrecieron opciones de otros vehiculos con menos antiguedad, ni se nos informo de ninguna tarifa que suprimiese franquicia alguna. Lo unico que se negocio con Miguel Angel (comercial de Berrocar) fue el precio de cada furgoneta / MES que desde nuestra empresa hemos cumplido cada primero de mes sin recibir factura alguna (las facturas las envian a mes vencido). Dadas todas estas explicaciones que no teniamos por que dar... NO EXISTE ningun motivo por el cual Berrocar no devuelva las fianzas de cada vehiculo, NI reclamarnos un solo EUR por danos inventados. Nosotros hicimos fotos de cada furgoneta al retirarlas en junio de 2023 porque los deterioros eran llamativos. Al devolverlas el 7 de junio de 2024 Berrocar: - NO hizo ninguna peritacion ante representantes de nuestra empresa - NO nos presenta relacion de danos ni la correspondiente valoracion de los mismos. - NO nos envia fotos del momento de recogida y de entrega, no hay elementos para poder comparar por su parte. Mas de un mes despues de devolver los vehiculos y tras numerosa peticiones y reclamaciones para que nos devuelvan la fianza Berrocar se limita a: - Quedarse con las fianzas - Enviar facturas por valor de mas de 3500 EUR por supuestos danos que no detallan (y que si ahora los enviaran... poca credibilidad tendrian) TRATAMOS DE INFORMAR POR AQUI PARA: 1. NOS DEVUELVAN LO QUE ES NUESTRO 2. TRATAR DE QUE CON ESTA RESENA NO VUELVAN A ENGANAR A NADIE MAS.

Todo fue bien, segun lo acordado, acudieron a recogerme al Hotel y despues ya en su sede me entregaron el coche alquilado. Para la devolucion del auto lo mismo pero a la inversa. El servicio prestado por Carlos, resulto muy satisfactorio.

No alquilar coches con ellos, un robo en toda regla. Decidimos alquilar un coche con ellos durante una semana ya que aparentemente parecia economico y con condiciones no abusivas. Llamamos varias veces para preguntar las condiciones, recibir toda la informacion ya que sabemos que las empresas de coches suelen ir a timar, pero nos dio buena sensacion y decidimos alquilar con ellos. Lo primero, es que en la web aparece que el horario de entrega del coche es a lo largo de todo el dia y luego nos dijeron que no, que al medio dia tenian paron por lo que tuvimos que estar mas tiempo en el aeropuerto por este motivo. Como buenos clientes, no nos quejamos. Al entregar el coche, el empleado Alvaro, nos da el OK sobre el estado del vehiculo tras varios minutos revisando y tomando fotos y amablemente nos lleva al aeropuerto. 10 minutos mas tarde, nos llama diciendo que el coche tiene un golpe en un lateral ( ya el coche se lo habia llevado el y conducido hasta la nave que esta a unos 10 min del aeropuerto o algo mas ) Nosotros ni nos habiamos fijado, el coche tenia ya toques previos en la misma zona. Se ve que alguien nos dio en el coche, y no dejaron parte del seguro. En resumen, que tras varias llamadas, nos dicen que no importa, CUALQUIER DESPERFECTO lo paga el cliente. Cosa que no se nos dijo al alquilarlo y eso que llamamos hasta en dos ocasiones para preguntar dudas con respecto al contrato. Por el pequeno toque han presupuestos EN SU TALLER 313EUR mientras que preguntamos en varios y no pasaba de 200EUR. En un primer momento, mandaron el presupuesto sin factura, un simple correo escrito con su precio estimado, de risa. Y encima una vez recibido el pago, ni contestan al correo con un simple ok. Recomiendo ir con las empresas de alquiler de siempre y no con ellos. !Evitarlo a toda costa!. Adjunto ambas facturas, del taller de ellos y de otro de Sevilla.

Something that we were not told when renting it and that we called twice to ask questions regarding the contract. For the small touch they have budgets IN THEIR WORKSHOP EUR313 while we asked several and it did not exceed EUR200. At first, they sent the quote without an invoice, a simple written email with their estimated price, ridiculous. And on top of that, once the payment is received, they don't even respond to the email with a simple ok. I recommend going with the usual rental companies and not with them. Avoid it at all costs! I attach both invoices, from their workshop and from another in Seville.
